You will love this beautiful second floor unit with Gulf view at Maravilla Luxury Beach Resort!! All the amenities for the perfect beach vacation and just steps from the private beach and pools - ideal for individuals, couples, and families.

Fully furnished including wireless internet, private beach, two pools, hot tub, tennis, grills, etc., our condo has three separate sleeping areas: KING bed in BR, QUEEN sofa sleeper and 2 TWINS (bunks). Other amenities include:

**2 flat screen TVs with cable, DVD, 2 phones, stereo.
*High Speed Secure WiFi Internet service.
*Keyless entry so no need to fuss with keeping track of keys
*Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and ice maker, all kitchenware.
*Completely furnished, linens and towels provided
*Elevators, washer/dryer, central A/C, ceiling fans
*Beach closet with beach chairs and beach toys provided

Area Information

Maravilla is a gated, family-oriented community complete with private beach, pools, hottub, tennis, shuffleboard, and lots of greenspace. Located on Scenic Gulf Drive, it is a short walk down the beach to beachfront restaurants such as Pompano Joe 's and Captain Dave 's and it is a short drive to all other Destin attractions such as shopping at Destin Commons, Big Kahuna 's waterpark, fishing and championship golf courses. Your family will love Maravilla in Destin!

Twice as Nice The second time

Wow, we had stayed at this condo before a year ago, The second time was better than the last, The owners were awsome to deal with, very resonably priced , The condo was ready to go from the time we arrived, Clean, very well decorated, Just put you in the vacation felling from the start, the property is well kept, the beach, well what can you say about the beach, awsome, not crowded, clean,Great vacation,would highly recomend to anyone , If your headed to the panhandle area, Do your self a favor and look up this condo, and talk to Eric, you wont be disapointed.

Great location, great condo

This was our first trip to Destin and it was great. The private beach is beautiful. Emerald colored water, white sand. The pools were a great place to relax too and we played some tennis. Our kids loved the bunks and fought over who would sleep on the top bunk. The condo is in a great location - away from all the noise of "downtown" Destin, but just about 10-15 away from all the fun. It's in walking distance to a couple seafood places (less than a mile walk) Property owner was great to work with, very easy process, and he provided good tips about the area. We would stay here again for sure.

Great Trip

My sister and Mom stayed here for our annual girls trip! The condo was great! We had a wonderful time. First time to spend 4th of July at the beach! Fireworks were spectacular!!! We enjoyed our trip here so much I'm planing to come back and bring my husband and son.

we were looking for a place that would accept our 2 large dogs and this was perfect. it is almost entirely tiled which is good. the owner is very easy to deal with and friendly.
