Description of the Destin vacation condo rental
Pavilion Palms is a small family oriented gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, new in 2001 and only 200 steps from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed ocean view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, with only 10 condos per building, total of 30 units arranged in a U shape around a central pool. Our condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile in living areas, brand new carpet in bedrooms and brand new furniture in LR, Gas Grill on balcony.
This is a very large condo with approx 1300 SF and another 280 SF balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite baths and cable TV, DVD's,ceiling fans. Second bdrm has 2 twin beds, and master has king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and French doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular gulf views from every room except the guest bedroom.
Destin has easy access to deep sea fishing and has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Many great restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, largest in the country, are both only 5 minutes away. Walk to beachfront restaurants, enjoy the bike/jogging path along the beach, right in front of our condo.
Our condo is very centrally located to everything in Destin.

The new Destin Commons Mall has playground with water geiser in center. Baytowne Wharf, with lots of unique shops and restaurants, is only a couple miles east. Our condo is very centrally located to everything Destin has to offer.

destin perfection, July 22, 2008 Our family would like to thank yours for an amazing stay in your beautiful condo. We have been staying at your condo for the past 2 years and intend to return for years to come. We have very particular requirements when it comes to choosing a place to spend our family vacation. Yours fits the bill as follows:
1) It feels like home away from home! We are used to a large home and your place has all the room we need plus some! The bedrooms, family room and kitchen are so roomy! We can spread out and have space to spare.
2) The decorating is beautiful. The furniture, colors, etc are great. It is obvious that money was well spent on an interior decorator. Everything is so clean and orderly.
3) It is convenient to the beach. The walk is comfortable and close. With children...we walk back and forth quite a bit during a days time. It's great not to have to worry about the distance.
4) We have everything we need! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home and the kids have their own TV and we do too...with cable!
We can't say enough positive things about your condo. We look forward to returning very soon. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home away from home.
