Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Pavilion Palms is a small family oriented gated complex on Scenic Gulf Dr, new in 2001 and only 200 steps from the beach. Enjoy full, unobstructed ocean view from our professionally decorated condo. It's on the top floor of a 3 story low-rise, with only 10 condos per building, total of 30 units arranged in a U shape around a central pool. Our condo has 10 ft ceilings, 18x18 ceramic tile in living areas, brand new carpet in bedrooms and brand new furniture in LR, Gas Grill on balcony.

This is a very large condo with approx 1300 SF and another 280 SF balcony. Both bedrooms have en-suite baths and cable TV, DVD's,ceiling fans. Second bdrm has 2 twin beds, and master has king Tempur-Pedic bed, walk-in closet, split bath with double cultured marble vanity and French doors to balcony. Enjoy spectacular gulf views from every room except the guest bedroom.

Destin has easy access to deep sea fishing and has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Many great restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, largest in the country, are both only 5 minutes away. Walk to beachfront restaurants, enjoy the bike/jogging path along the beach, right in front of our condo.

Our condo is very centrally located to everything in Destin.

Our condo was clean,roomy,well equipped and had an awesome view of the beach. The location was perfect,convienant to everything but far enough from the congestion of Destin.

This condo was sure a lucky find! We had been looking for about a month and came accross this condo and couldn't have been luckier. The interior is extremely spacious and gave us all our own privacy during the few rainy days we encountered. The entire interior was extremely bright and cheery! I love to cook and there were more than ample cooking utensils, pots and other specialty items I have at home. The view to the beach is perfect and the pool is right next to the beach yet far enough away to block the wind on a chilly day. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temp. The grounds are well kept and the walk way in front of the condo with a beautiful view of the ocean made for a pleasant time during our daily walks! Thank you for everything, we couldn't have been more pleased!

This condo is spacious, nicely decorated, and in a great location with a big balcony looking out to the beach. There are also restaurants within walking distance and shopping close by. The condo community is quiet and clean with a great pool. I would highly recommend staying here - you won't be disappointed!

Sherry and Mike made us feel like we had been friends for years. They were very forthcoming with current construction going on, and even offered us alternative suggestions.
