GCW-301 is located in Destin's Crystal Beach area, just across the street from the emerald green waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This adorable one bedroom condo sleeps 6 and is stylishly decorated and fully stocked to make your vacation truly enjoyable. It has a private wrap around balcony with a spectacular view of the Gulf. Just minutes from all that Destin has to offer, but in a quiet locale for enjoying the peace and quiet. If you like fishing, golfing, swimming, boating or enjoy shopping till you drop, Destin has it all.

Enjoy some of the great local resaurants in the area, Capt. Daves, Pompano Joes, Aj's, The Crab Trap or we now have several new places, Outback, Chili's, TGIFridays, Red Lobster, Cracker Barrel and many more to discover on your own. Give me a call, I would love to have you stay here at GCW-301.

OK, so now I must give some of the rules and guidlines for renting.

Reservation information:
* $100. due to reserve unit ( reservation is not guaranteed until it is received).
* Final payment is due 60 days before check in date.
* CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds available up to 60 days before arrival minus $50. cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is less then 60 days before arrival the reservation fee will not be refunded.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
* Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10AM
* Pets are NOT allowed
* No smoking
* Must be 25 or older to rent

Our Condo is located 2 blocks from the Crab Trap restaurant and public beach area of Crystal beach. Camille's restaurant and sidewalk cafe is only 3 blocks down in the opposite direction. We are also a five minute drive to the Silver Sands outlet mall or a 2 minute drive to the Destin Commons shopping area. When you are finished shopping head down to the Destin wharf and take a trip on Ajs Seablaster! Take a stroll along the wharf and watch the boats oome in with their catch of the day. Another fun outing will be to head over to the artist community in Sea Side. It is a half an hour ride to this quaint village by the sea. There is so much to see and do in Destin you will never be bored!
