The King size master bedroom, has an adjoining bath is on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat six and breakfast bar for additional seating also on the first level along with the Living room with queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Queen size loft bedroom upstairs with adjoining full bath. The third bedroom upstairs has a full size bed and two twin size beds. Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms and tile throughout. New flat screen TV in the living room for your enjoyment.
This unit also offers a washer/dryer for your convenience, 3 TV's, 2 DVD's & Stereo, high speed internet & linens provided. Complimentary Beach Service provided (umbrella & 2 chairs). Just bring your beach towel and your flip flops and you are ready for the beach!

Maravilla offers 2 1/2 acres of private beach access for Maravilla guests. There are two pools, one heated, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts in excellent condition, shuffleboard, basketball and a club house that is available for family functions, birthdays & weddings. Our beach offers volleyball and kayak rentals along with rentals of umbrellas and chairs provided by a private beach service. Locally, there are jetski rentals, pontoon boats, deepsea fishing, parasailing and much more.
We are minutes to local shops, shopping centers, grocery stores, WalMart, 9 championship golf courses, dinner cruises, dolphin watching and many fine restaurants. Children can enjoy Hurricane Lanes bowling center, The Track featuring rides, miniature golf, and go-karts. Gulfarium is a short distance away at Okaloosa Island.

We have stayed at Maravilla before and love the beach and resort. Great time in the condo, 3 beds in kids room plus large bed in loft area worked great for a large family. This condo has a great view of the Gulf from the living room. Top floor means no one stomping around above you.

What a wonderful condo! It was perfect for our two families. There was enoungh room for everyone without feeling crowded. Having access to the internet was great. It was just a short walk to the beach. Our only request, because we do a lot of cooking, would be to have better cooking utensils,pots and pans and oven mits. We look forward to planning another stay there next year!

We loved the condo. In fact we loved it so much we have reserved it for Jan. and Feb.,2011. Enough room for us, close to the beach, great view of gulf from our balcony,cozy and quiet. Only thing I would like to see is a few more pots/pans w/lids, and a casserole dish or two. Roasting pan or cake pan, too.
