Welcome to Maravilla, a family oriented gated community. No high rise condos and waits for elevators. Be the first to stay in this private vacation condo. This large 2 BR 2 BA Maravilla condo is new to the rental market. Immaculately clean and spacious end unit with lots of extra windows and sunlight. Balcony has a table with four chairs and has an water view. Sit back and relax and enjoy the Ocean View and tropical setting. We are just a short walk to the the most beautiful white sandy beaches and emerald green waters.
The King size master bedroom, has an adjoining bath is on the first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat six and breakfast bar for additional seating also on the first level along with the Living room with queen size sofa sleeper and matching love seat. Queen size bed upstairs with adjoining full bath. Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms and tile throughout. New flat screen TV in the living room for your enjoyment.
This unit also offers a washer/dryer for your convenience, 3 TV's, 2 DVD's & Stereo, linens provided. Just bring your beach towel and your flip flops and you are ready for the beach!
Maravilla is convenient to everything! It is within walking distance to three restaurants and less than one mile to Destin Commons. If you are looking to shop, the Silver Sands Outlet Mall is nearby and offers many fine stores at outlet prices.
Maravilla offers 2 1/2 acres of private beach access for Maravilla guests. There are two pools, one heated, jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts in excellent condition, shuffleboard, basketball and a club house that is available for family functions, birthdays & weddings. Our beach offers volleyball and kayak rentals along with rentals of umbrellas and chairs provided by a private beach service. Locally, there are jetski rentals, pontoon boats, deepsea fishing, parasailing and much more.
We are minutes to local shops, shopping centers, grocery stores, WalMart, 9 championship golf courses, dinner cruises, dolphin watching and many fine restaurants. Children can enjoy Hurricane Lanes bowling center, The Track featuring rides, miniature golf, and go-karts. Gulfarium is a short distance away at Okaloosa Island.
