Welcome to Fun Sun! at Chateau La Mer!
This neighborhood consists of low density complex of two-story buildings... Our condo is a first floor unit with easy parking. We are located across the street from 230 feet of private beach owned by complex.
Chateau La Mer is family-oriented. Room for kids to play. Seasonally heated large pool. Tennis Courts. Ideally located in proximity to all the many Destin attractions.
Destin's famous sugar white beaches and dazzling emerald green waters await you on our 230 feet of private beach across the street.
You'll enjoy amenities, including a pool which is heated in the winter, tennis courts, outdoor barbeque grills, a clubhouse, and more.
Kid-friendly features like large outdoor lawn areas and no through traffic are appreciated by our many families who return for vacation each year.
Single or 2-story units for quick beach access; you won't spend your vacation waiting for an elevator in a high-rise condo!
Near Destin activities including golf, fishing, shopping, dining (Captain Dave's is across the street!), recreation, and many attractions.
Chateau La Mer neighborhood is centrally located near all of Destin's attractions. It is a short stroll across the steet to the private beach access where you can spend your days lazing at the sea shore and watching for dolphins, or try your hand at parasailing! There is always something fun to do at the beach! We don't have many rainy days but if one does crop up, it is the perfect opportunity to shop till you drop at one of the countries largest Designer Outlet malls! The Siver Sands outlet mall and the new Destin Commons shopping centers are a must see on any vacation. Of course Destin is nicknamed the Luckiest Fishing Village so taking a trip on one of the fishing fleets is sure to bring lots of family vacation memories to take home with you. Want more to see and do? Then how about a day at Big Kahuna's? This water park is a favorite of kids of all ages! You will want to go back every year for a fun filled day at the wave pool and all of the other water attractions at Big Kahunas! After a fun filled day, wind down at one of the many fantastic Restaurants here in Destin. There are many wonderful Restaurants but Capt. Dave's is directly across the street from Chateau La Mer. It is located right next to our beach access. The other restaurants on the same strip of road are Pompano Joes, The Whales Tail, The Crab Trap, Wahoo's, Camilles, The Beach Walk Cafe and Sunset Charlies. Other Restaurants that are also near by and favorite spots to eat at are Aj's, The Back Porch, Fishermans' Wharf, and The Lighthouse. The list is too long to tell you all of them, so come on down and discover your favorite soon!
