Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Premier Vacation rentals for pet friendly families . We offer lower prices, as we are owners/managers of our units, hence no management fee mark up . WE are on site and our units are impeccably cleaned. Destin Fl. Rentals (now changed to DestinFLCondos ) has been a member of the Destin Chamber of Commerce since 1996.

BEACH RETREAT is a low density, four story, new, gated property with a beautiful 3000 sq. ft. pool and hot tub. We offer complimentary beach set during your stay, two chairs/umbrella. A volley ball net is on the beach and we provide a bucket of beach toys for the little ones.

There is a fitness room and club house available for reservations for a family get together.

BEACH RETREAT CONDOMINIUMS is located on MIRAMAR BEACH , the longest, unobstructed stretch of private beach in Destin . Destin Florida is home to the most beautiful beaches you will ever see, sugar white sand and emerald green water. Activiites for visitors are many: world class golfing, fishing, scuba diving, shopping, art galleries, antiquing and many, many restaurants. WE are a water haven, walk the Harbor boat docks and watch the fishing fleet arrive, rent a boat and cruse the bay . DESTIN FLORIDA WAS VOTED THE BEST BEACH IN THE SOUTH , again, FOR 2008. We are located on Destin's Scenic Gulf Drive Beach corridor, which fronts Miramar Beach. Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Kenny D's and the Crab Trap are within walking distance. many water theme parks for the children are within 2 miles. The Rave Movie Theater and Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Shopping/dining Center.

• Deposits: A $400 reservation deposit is required, with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Lease provided.
   
• Other Fees: To rental amount: add the cleaning fee of $110 . We do not charge a pet fee. but do secure a $400 , refundable damage deposit. RESPONSIBLE PARTY MUST BE OVER AGOE OF 25: NO VACATIONING STUDENTS WITHOUT PARENTS STAYING IN THE UNIT. NO SMOKING.

We are a group of five ladies that have been vacationing in Destin for the past 22 years. This condo fit our needs perfectly. The decor is beautiful, it was nice having a pool so close, and the walk across the road to the beach was nothing. We would definitely request this condo again.
