This is the 5th year in a row that we have been to destin and our first stay at this property. We were disappointed in the property. The carpets were extremely stained. The kitchen was not well stocked, i.e., there were two bowls, etc. The icemaker did not work. There were no dish towels, there were no wash cloths, there were no blankets. The headboard in the master bedroom was broken. There was a distinct 'smell' in the condo. We had to purchase air fresheners.

The condo was exceptionally clean, the staff was extremely nice, and the pool was absolutely delightful. My 4 year loved it and so did I. I highly recommend The Palms of Destin.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms. The pool was great and family friendly, too. However, there weren't directions for the DVD player and we couldn't get it to work.

The Palms of Destin was an absolutely magnificent place to stay during our vacation to Destin, Florida last week. The kids enjoyed the lagoon pool so much. When they weren't in the ocean they were in the pool. The staff was very courteous and helped with whatever we needed. The unit was very clean. The bar by the pool was amazing as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. When we come back we will definitely be staying here! KUDOS to the Palms of Destin! The only way it could have been improved is if it were directly on the beach!

My husband and I stayed at this resort and was very pleased. Everything is top of the line and accessible to Destin's strip. We got married across the street at Henderson State Park and came back to a lovely stay at the Palms. We would definitely be back soon!

The Palms of Destin was a great place to stay. It was convenient and easy to get to the beach. The Condo had an awesome view of the beach and Destin. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The docks were easy to reach for our fishing trip. We can't wait until next year to return with our 3 year old grandson, son, and daughter.

The resort itself was nice overall. The whole reason for booking here was that there was a bus that took you to and from the beach, but when we got there it was broken and in the shop. We had to take the kids in out own cars, which was a mess with sand everywhere in our vehicles. Also, the condo that we stayed in had issues with the AC and the temp never went below 78 degrees in our room. We were miserable at night. Other than those, the pool was amazing and that's where we spent the majority of our time.

The Palms is a beautiful resort. There are restaurants, pools, a cute park, and a really nice workout facility. Our suite on the other hand was tiny. The living area is really small, with a small uncomfortable couch. The master room was nice but the second bedroom with a small trundle is toooooo tiny. The bed is tooo small and uncomfortable and there is no closet or dresser for clothes. My main complaint was that I paid a cleaning fee and our condo was not very clean. Either the floors and carpet or both were filty. Everytime we walked around the condo barefoot our feet were black. This concerns me because I pay extra to stay nice places so they are extra clean. Our 2 year old would get a bath and after walking around the condo barefoot her feet would be black again. Because of these 2 issues we wouldn't return to this condo. If you are not worried about cleanliness or room then this condo would work for you.

Brigette, Everyting was as you said it would be and even better. My family LOVED it and I hope to do business with you again. Thanks for the great price and the great condo. I also appreciate your courtesy and availability as we were communicating back and forth on work, cell, and home phones. May God Bless, Dennis
