This villa has over 800 sq ft of living space. Much bigger than almost any other one bedroom unit in Destin. Within short walking distance(inside the resort) to the wonderful, emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico(4 minutes).
Located on the ground floor, our villa has a covered porch, with swing, overlooking the sixteenth green. Our villa has just been remodeled and is awaiting your visit! The unit has a brand new king size bed, stove, dishwasher, microwave, VCR/DVD player etc...
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and lots of closet space. The living room has a 27-inch, wide-screen TV with DVD/VCR combination. The sofa pulls out into a plush, queen-size sleeper. We also have a brand new full size Futon with a very comfortable mattress. Our unit can very comfortably sleep six adults or 4, 5 or 6 person families. We also have a Graco "Pack and Play" and booster seat available if your family has little ones.
Our kitchen has everything you need to make your short- or long-term stay with us comfortable. The dining area will seat four people. One of the five pools is directly across the street from the villa. Our villa has an outside storage closet for all of your beach chairs and toys! For our boating and RV guests, Seascape offers a storage
area that is gated, for your safety, convenience, and peace of mind.

THIS WAS A GREAT PLACE FOR MY FAMILY TO SPEND VACATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMOND THIS OWNER TO ANYONE THAT I KNOW
I've rented this unit from Mrs. Flugstad for several years now, and I must say that I've always enjoyed my stay and looked forward to the next time, almost before my current visit has ended. Deborah is a fine and fair landlady, and she cares about her tenants. The unit is cozy and comfortable, with cheerful colors, and the layout is very nice. The condo is very close to swimming pools, and the walk to the beach is short and scenic, especially across the lake bridge. The condo is part of a resort neighborhood in which the buildings are smaller 4-unit or 8-unit, much different from the very large single-building condo complexes so prevalent in this part of Florida, which offer no sense of community outside of one's building. Coffee and wine shops are within walking distance as well as a couple of the best beach restaurants in the area. This area is also close to all sorts of shopping, other dining options and gas for the car. I've always felt very much at home while staying here and highly recommend this rental. Thanks, Deborah.
