Welcome to Destin and Beach Resort 406!
This 4th floor unit will provide your family with exquisite Gulf views during your stay. Bring 6 guests to this one bedroom plus bunk,two bath vacation condo. Beach Resort is a new (2006) exclusive, intimate low-rise, 5 story resort with only 64 units. The tropically landscaped pool area creates quite a breathtaking oasis! Enjoy dipping in the heated portion of the 5000 sf bi-level pool, or splash around with the kids in the zero-entry area with the fountain. Read a book under one of the shaded gazebos or stroll across to the beach (300 ft. of deeded, gated beach access). The 9000 sf pool deck is a great gathering place for a fun night of grilling out in the covered area, perhaps followed by a walk on the beach or going crabbing with the kids. Situated on Scenic Hwy 98, just minutes from top restaurants, designer outlets, open air shopping centers, and water and fishing activities!

Conveniently located on Scenic 98 in the Miramar Beach, Destin area. The beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white, soft sand beach is only a short walk from the condo. Several restaurants, including Pompano Joe's and Captain Dave's on the Gulf, are just a short drive away. Destin Commons and Silver Sand's Outlet are both only a 10 minute drive away, as well as several grocery stores.

We enjoyed or stay in Destin. The condo was nice and very spacious. The pool was great and our kids loved it. We will be coming to visit your condo again.....
