Silver Beach Towers is the premier vacation DESTINation.
You can't stay any closer to the beach! The living room, dining room, and master bedroom all have wall to wall windows looking straight down on the beach. The second suite and third bedroom have expansive views of the bay, golf course, sports complex and airport, as well as the city lights at night.

Area Information

With beach front dining, amusement parks, shopping, and a sports complex all within a short walk there just isn't a better place to vacation than Silver Beach Towers E-1603.
Restaurants : Ruth's Chris Steak House, Joe's Crab Shack, Jim N Nic's BBQ, Landry's, Bubba Gump's, Merlin's Pizza, Subway, Waffle House, etc . We suggest a short walk on the beach to the famous Back Porch Restaurant. Try to time it where you finish dinner just before sunset, the 10 minute walk back is spectacular.
Shopping is just as abundant with many stores in walking distance. For the true shopping diva, Silver Sands, the world's largest designer outlet as well as the Destin Commons are only a short drive away.
Most local churches welcome resort casual clothing as about half the congregation will be visitors. We've always felt very welcomed and comfortable.
There are two amusement parks within walking distace. The Track which features putt putt, 3 go cart tracks, bumper boats, arcade, and bungee jumping as well as Big Kahuna's which features a giant water park, go carts, arcade, giant swings, and putt putt,
You're just across the street from the city recreation complex which features softball fields, soccer fields, sand volleyball and a paved walking track
There are 10 golf courses within 10 miles. Many more within 25 miles. One is visable from the unit.
If you are flying, North Florida Regional Airport is just over the bridge.
There is not a prettier or better place to stay when visiting Destin.

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for our family of 5. The balcony was my favorite place. We had most of our meals there. The kitchen is so nice and could use a few more pans but besides that very well equipped. The gated access is great, elevators are fast and parking is covered! There are carts just inside the front door for luggage. Access to the sugary white beach is easy. I found it hard to stay inside at all! The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The beds are nice and firm. The pillows werent great but not bad but the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and tissue. Truely one of the nicest places I have ever rented anywhere. I would definitely rent The Champagne's lovely condo again. I was NOT disappointed and you wont be either!

Fun in the sun!

the first family vacation in too many years, and it was all we could have asked for! Beautiful condo, amazing views, and dolphins! The beach and gulf were an adventure every day, the pool was the favorite for playing with my grandbaby! We used the well appointed kitchen for breakfast and lunch and walked or drove a short distance each night for dinner. During the few rainy afternoons everyone enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles, tv, or just sitting on the deck and watching the weather! It was so nice to have all the beach toys, movies, and games to keep us all happy! We will recommend this vacation to all of our friends!

Beautiful, Clean, PERFECT!

We checked out today and already miss it. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 4 small kids). The balcony was awesome overlooking the crytal clear waters below. This trip, we went parasailing, went crab hunting in the evening, even found a whole baby sand dollar in a shallow area of the water. The kids loved playing in the double pools! The condo is very clean and feels like a luxury hotel, with the clean fresh linens, decorating, and plentiful amenities. The owners are very responsible, too. One of the curtains was having a problem and they immediately had a repairman there in a matter of hours! If you are looking for a GREAT time, I highly recommend this secure, clean, friendly property.

I have wanted to call so many times but it has just not worked out yet so I am writing to tell you that your place is wonderful. We had the best time. We did not waste one inch of your place...it was unbelievable to sit in the whirlpool bath and watch dolphins playing in the ocean. It was great to cook for my family and still get to visit with them while doing so, having the washer and dryer was great for keeping swimsuits and towels clean as well. We loved the fact that you had the scripture verses thru out the condo as well. I loved the Lifeway devotional in the master bath as well....I enjoyed it so much I am going to subscribe to the "Journey" magazine. I met onsite Al and he was so kind and had wonderful things to say about ya'll and how much he enjoys meeting all of your guest. I never actually met local laison Linda but spoke with her several times over the phone.
I want you to know that I am still praying for your family as your daughter and son-n-law prepare to leave for the Mission Field. ..hope all is well.
