Description of the Destin vacation condo rental
You can't stay any closer to the beach! The living room, dining room, and master all have wall to wall windows looking straight down on the beach. The 2nd suite and 3rd bedroom have expansive views of the bay, golf course, sports complex and airport as well as the city lights at night.

With beach front dining, amusement parks, shopping, and a sports complex all within a short walk there just isn't a better place to vacation than Silver Beach Towers E-1603.
Restaurants : Ruth's Chris Steak House, Gratzi, Joe's Crab Shack, Landry's, The Twisted Pretzel, Merlin's Pizza, Subway, Waffle House, etc . We suggest a short walk on the beach to the famous Back Porch Restaurant. Try to time it where you finish dinner just before sunset, the 10 minute walk back is spectacular.
Shopping is just as abundant with many stores in walking distance. For the true shopping diva, Silver Sands, the world's largest designer outlet as well as the Destin Commons are only a short drive away.
Most local churches welcome resort casual clothing as about 1/2 the congregation will be visitors. We've always felt very welcomed and comfortable.
There are two amusement parks within walking distace. The Track which features putt putt, 3 go cart tracks, bumper boats, arcade, and bugee jumping as well as Big Kahuna's which features a giant water park, go carts, arcade, giant swings, and putt putt,
Your just acroos the street from the city recreation complex which features softball fields, soccar fields, sand volleyball and a paved walking track
There are 10 golf courses within 10 miles. Many more within 25 miles. One is visable from the unit.
If you are flying in the Destin airport is just down the street. In fact you can watch the planes landing from two of the bedroom windows.
There is not a prettier or better place to stay when visiting Destin.

- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
- Check In: 3 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: 2 night minimum
- Lodging Tax: tax included in rates
- Deposits: Deposit of $500.00 or 50% whichever is smaller. With balance due 30 days prior to check in. When booking less than thirty days out arraingements will be made on an individual basis.
- Other Fees: A housekeeping fee of $125.00 will be added to all reservations.
for example:If you were to book a four night stay beginning May 15th the cost would be 299.00 x 4 =1196.00 plus the housekeeping fee of 125.00. For a total of $1321.00
