Just what we expected

August 25, 2012

Our family stayed 5 night at this condo, and had a great time. It was just what Dee said it would be and the pictures reflect exactly how the condo looked. We were a little concerned about not being directly on the beach. It was no problem to walk across the parking lot to the beach and the walk back was just far enough to shake the sand off . The condo is on the 13th floor and has a great view of the beach. It is well equipped and comfortable. The 2 pools are never crowed and the one starts out at 0 inches great for kids. We felt very safe and enjoyed walking the beach at night looking for sea shells and crabs. The one think I do not recommend is deep sea fishing. Hanging overboard is not a good feeling! Our kids became very ill with (Scombroid Poisioning) something you can get from touching the fish and not immediately washing with soap and water. Spreads like posion ivy! The worst kind of itching!! We would recommend taking a drive down beach road and visiting the local restaurants. Enjoyed the activites at the harbor.Dee was great to communicate with and was prompt to send deposit check back. When we take another beach vacation will certainly look her up again. Thank you Dee for sharing with us !!

Great Condo, Great View, Wonderful Location!

My family of 7 just spent 5 nights in this beautiful condo and it was not long enough. We were not ready to leave! We were ready to move here! We love everything about Destin, the soft white sand beaches, the sunshine, the temps etc... The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more, very nicely equipped. We especially loved the view and the table on the patio. We ate many breakfast on that patio and spent most evening out there. Plus enjoyed watching fireworks over the water from the condo several evenings. The pools were great and never crowded. The owner was great to work with! We loved everything about it and hope to come back again but for more then 5 days next time.,

Best beach condo ever!

This condo fit our needs perfectly. We had 4 adults and 3 children (13,14 & 14) and we were very comfortable. The photos on this site do not do this place justice! The perfect place with everything we needed and the best view as well is a good way to sum this condo up. I found Dee to be a joy to work with! She was so easy to deal with from the booking until our stay. She told us everything we needed to know and she knows her place. The place is nicely appointed, safe, close to everything all in one place. We will definitely be back! We called Millie at the site with a couple of questions and she was right on top of everything. The only disappointment was that we marinated food for the grill and unfortunately when we went to put the food on the grills, both of the grills were gone. The maintance person for the resort said they had taken the grills out that day. It all turned out ok though because we just baked our meat instead. Again, this is a wonderful resort with an awesome condo! Even better, the owners are great too!

Condo is AMAZING!

First of all, let me say that the condo itself is spectacular! My husband, who is hard to please, was in awe! The view from the balcony was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Its close to everything as well. The owner was super helpful and kind. And so quick to respond when i had questions. Will definitely try to stay here again!!!!

The condo was absolutely wonderful, all the items you could possibly need, kitchen is gorgeous and the lounger on the patio was exceptionally comfortable. The owner was great to work with and I can't wait to stay here again.

This was one of the best family vacations that we've ever had! The condo was perfect, great location, beautiful view, all the amenities.My kids are already asking if we can go back :) The owner is very nice and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering booking a vacation in Destin.

Family Vacation

Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. This condo was prettier than the pictures posted. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotless. Condo is on a pristine white sand beach and views from balcony, masterbed and living area are spectular. Walk to beach not a problem. Enjoyed the pools and beach everyday. First time to visit Destin and was very satisfied with the location of condo , close to shopping and entertainment but still felt like a peaceful oasis. Owners very easy to work with and all amenities promised were provided. Loved having the washer /dryer in the condo, very convenient and cuts down on packing. If you go have to check out "Baytowne Wharf" at Sandestin, a New Orleans style shopping/restaurant experience. See it at night the lights create a fabulous atmosphere, just go there. It is several miles from Ariel Dunes and you can spend as llittle or as much money there as you want. Highly recommend this condo as a great value and beautiful comfortable experience. Hope to get to return in future.

Family Vacation

This unit was a very pretty condo. Two pools was also nice. Arriving and leaving was virtually painless...not like other locations we have use. It was very hot in Florida, so the water was a little "warm" but very refreshing. Although the beach really isn't out your front door, it's only a short walk across the parking lot. Car ride from home was very easy...can make it in a day.

The perfect rental

This rental was very clean and had all you could expect from a rental unit. There were great views from the balcony and a quick walk to one of the best beaches in Destin. You would have to own your own property to top it. Highly recommended for the high value and low cost. Returning is a definite yes!!
