We had a short time to make a reservation due to other plans failing. This particular condo owner responded very timely which we appreciately greatly. The condo turned out to be very nice and accommodating and a short distance from a lovely beach. We very much enjoyed our trip and the VRBO service! Thank you!

We LOVED this property! It was everything we expected and more... Very nice, clean, comfy, cozy, and exceeded our expectations! We didn't want to go home! This property was very convenient to many stores and attractions. We will definately be back to stay again! The customer service was AWESOME!

We had never been to Destin before....This was the perfect beach and perfect Condo! Melonee was the sweetest and nicest person.I am so glad we had the opportunity to meet.She is fantasic and will take care of your every need. She was so helpful with and questions thatb I had about the area or the condo. The condo was Great! It was in the middle of all the fantasic resturants and all the shopping and things to do. I hope to get away to Destin again next year! We loved everything and can't wait to return! If you want at visit a beautiful beach, and stay in an affordable condo that has everthing that you could need, with a short walk to the beach This is the place!

We stayed in this condo for 1 week (3 adults and 2 small children). This condo was a great value for the price. We stayed at a larger resort last year and payed quite a bit more money for an equally great vacation. This condo was beautifully decorated. The complex had a pool that was never crowded and the walk to the private beach was very short (not any longer than the walk at the big resort). It is in a great location as well. We were close to everything in Destin including restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Condo was great! Very clean. Complex was well maintained and clean. The walk is not that far, and we figured you'd walk at least that far in a large resort. You cannot beat the price!!! The condo is very large and Spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 almost 3 year olds and it was perfect. Master Bedroom is split from other 2 rooms. You are not on top of eachother at all. The kithenand den are large and spacious. The laundry room was great to wash our stuff. Large balcony. Just wished we could see the beach. There is a building between you and the beach so you can't see. We knew this. But if you want that beach view, you will pay at least Double for it. The private beach was very nice. Especially after Labor Day we had the beach to ourselves. Nighttime on the beach was fantastic too. We had a blast and hope to return!!

The property was very nice as advertised, not the best i've ever stayed in, but well worth the money. It's a short walk to the beach and centrally located in the heart of destin. The pool was adequate but a hot tub would have been great. The boogie boards and board games in the closet were a very nice surprise. The only complaint that i really have is the lack of insulation in the walls and ceilings. You could easily hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbor's conversations. Oh and the bedspreads were dirty. They should have been washed. Luckily there were extra blankets in the closet. It was an overall good experience and i would stay there again in the future, especially for the great price.
