Located in the heart of Destin, it is within walking distance of several award winning restaurants as well as many fast food places, mecca shopping, Big Kahunas Water Park, and The Track Amusement Park, glamorous night spots and the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. If deep-sea fishing is your thing, the famous Destin fishing fleet is just a couple of miles down the road. Also just a few minutes away are several championship golf courses such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, and the home of the Boeing Golf Championship... Sandestin Raven Golf Course. Condo was great! Very clean. Complex was well maintained and clean. The walk is not that far, and we figured you'd walk at least that far in a large resort. You cannot beat the price!!! The condo is very large and Spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 almost 3 year olds and it was perfect. Master Bedroom is split from other 2 rooms. You are not on top of eachother at all. The kithenand den are large and spacious. The laundry room was great to wash our stuff. Large balcony. Just wished we could see the beach. There is a building between you and the beach so you can't see. We knew this. But if you want that beach view, you will pay at least Double for it. The private beach was very nice. Especially after Labor Day we had the beach to ourselves. Nighttime on the beach was fantastic too. We had a blast and hope to return!!

The property was very nice as advertised, not the best i've ever stayed in, but well worth the money. It's a short walk to the beach and centrally located in the heart of destin. The pool was adequate but a hot tub would have been great. The boogie boards and board games in the closet were a very nice surprise. The only complaint that i really have is the lack of insulation in the walls and ceilings. You could easily hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbor's conversations. Oh and the bedspreads were dirty. They should have been washed. Luckily there were extra blankets in the closet. It was an overall good experience and i would stay there again in the future, especially for the great price.
