Ariel Dunes is finally HERE!...A close neighbor to Majestic Sun in the Seascape Resort but worlds apart in luxury and appeal. If you've been to the Destin area lately, you had to have noticed the two magnificent Towers in the skyline, which are now the tallest buildings in Okaloosa and Walton Counties

Situated in the Seascape Community, Ariel Dunes towers over the adjacent golf course and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as magnificent views across the golf course to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

When you enter off of Scenic Gulf Drive and proceed through the security gate, you will instantly know that you have chosen the perfect vacation destination! While pulling up in to the building's drive-thru entry court and main floor lobby, you will immediately admire the expansive pools (some of the largest in Destin) which total in excess of 11,000 square feet, as well as the large adjacent deck areas and extensive landscaping. As an added benefit, the pools include a heated section as well as complimentary lounge chairs, and pool side cabanas. You'll also notice our awesome lobby restaurant, Cabana Cafe, that offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, cocktails and even room service.

Following a short trip up one of the several elevators, you will enter this one bedroom, one and-a-half bath unit to find all that your heart desires from a luxury condominium. This unit features nine ft ceilings, Ceramic tile and plush carpet flooring, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and beautiful Granite countertops.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which include a 26 foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, coffee maker, blender, toaster and many other items that will ensure optimum convenience.

This Platinum level condo has been furnished in a way that complements the already luxurious feel of Ariel Dunes. The dining area entails a large bar top with four stools. The living room features a large, plush sleeper/sofa, coffee table and a huge 50" PLASMA HDTV with DVD player to complete the condo's high-end, yet cozy feel.

With a location in the middle of the building, this unit offers a magnificent and unobstructed view of the Gulf from the Living and Dining areas. A large eight-foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio where you also have a full view of both pools below which will allow you to monitor the kids while enjoying the privacy of the 6th floor balcony...a balcony where you'll be high enough for great views and privacy but won't have to worry about the high winds of the upper floors. You'll also appreciate the convenience of the 6th floor condo when waiting for and riding the elevators, as its always a breeze.

The condo's fully furnished master bedroom includes conveniences such as a 32" LCD HDTV, clock radio as well as a queen size bed with night stand, dresser and closet. As an benefit, we have included a HIGH-END MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS for your optimal comfort.

This room also includes a private vanity and toilet as well as access to the full bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer one a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay.

Two bunk beds, which are perfect for children, are located in the hallway just outside the bathroom. They too are outfitted for the perfect comfort of MEMORY FOAM MATTRESSES. We've done this to ensure that they don't wake up any earlier than you do.

A full size washer and dryer, High-end electronics, DVD's, books and more are included in this magnificent condo. Free local phone is also included. We hope and feel that once you stay with us, you want have any reason to ever stay anywhere else in Destin.

You can't go wrong at Ariel Dunes. Don't waste time and money dealing with a rental company. If you are traveling with another family, we have a great relationship with our next door neighbor, who also has a wonderful 1 bdrm condo, and we are more than happy to work with them for you in order to accommodate your entire group in adjacent units.
