This is a great 1st floor condo, just steps away from the beach, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo has a queen in the master with master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining bath. The kitchen is totally equipped with all your cooking needs. Dining area has lovely dining room table with a breakfast bar with bar stools. The living area has a sofa lounger that can also be used for sleeper bed. The condo has 2 TV'S,DVD player, Stereo, and cable. It also has 2 porches that face east and west and have a nice view of the Gulf. Picnic area is provided in the back court yard with grills and the pool is just steps from your condo.

We are located in the mist of a large variety of Beach Restaurant's and the Silver Sands Mall. Grocery shopping is within 2 miles, and water sports are all along the beach for your enjoyment. For families traveling with children we also have a crib connection that can deliver all you babies needs (high Chair, pack n play etc).
