Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

This is a great 1st floor condo, just steps away from the beach, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo has a queen in the master with master bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining bath. The kitchen is totally equipped with all your cooking needs. Dining area has lovely dining room table with a breakfast bar with bar stools. The living area has a sofa lounger that can also be used for sleeper bed. The condo has 3 TV's 2 ,DVD players, Wifi, Stereo, and cable. It also has 2 porches that face east and west and have a nice view of the Gulf. Picnic area is provided in the back court yard with grills and the pool is just steps from your condo. Also wireless internet! Wave runners, parasailing, bike rentals are just a few that are available down on the beach. Pompano Joes is located on the beach for food and drinks! Umbrella and chair rental is also available.

Area Information

We are located in the mist of a large variety of Beach Restaurant's and the Silver Sands Mall. Grocery shopping is within 2 miles, and water sports are all along the beach for your enjoyment. For families traveling with children we also have a crib connection that can deliver all you babies needs (high Chair, pack n play etc).

Better than ever expected!

I found this condo last minute on the internet, Dee was so nice, very easy to work with. I was told there were a lot of scams out there on last minute deals, scared me a little till I talked to Dee. This condo is very nice, great pool, great location, super clean, nicely furnished, and right across the street from a beautiful beech. I recommend this place very highly! Thanks Dee for a wonderful Vacation.

Perfect for us!!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and well cared for. It had plenty of domestic ammenities to make us feel at home. Everything we needed was right there. I loved being literally across the street from the beach and a pool out the back door. The owners did a wonderful job telling us what to expect. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Spring Break 2011

This condo was wonderful! It was very clean, well taken care of, and it felt like home. The pool was right out our back door and the ocean/beach, just steps away. The beach was VERY nice and there were always beach chairs/umbrellas available. Parking was right in front of our condo door, so no worry about findinhg a parking place. Our contact person, Dee, was very easy to work with and seemed to take the extra step, when we needed it. Everything that we did (ie; dolphine watching, deep sea fishing - the boys very favorite, shopping, movie, and eating) all of it was within 3 miles and very easy to get to and find. We would definitely come back if we were to vacation in Florida again. Thanks for the great memories!

Destin work stay

We were able to find a beautiful condo in Destin that overlooked the bay while working on the BP oil spill beach clean up. My roommate and I were in Florida for about a month and 3 weeks. The condo had a perfect view of the bay, and accessable to all of the restraunts and stores. I would definately come back (for vacation next time!)

Great Condo and great location!

My wife and I spent a week in Destin at this complex. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Was just steps from the beach and pool.Really enjoyed the swing out on porch. Very handy to shopping and Pompano Joes is just right across the street. We will return to this condo next Year!
