Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Destin Condo Rental! Fantastic, newly upgraded condo at Beach Retreat! There is no better deal than this one! Come stay in the Beach Retreat Condos in the Destin area on Scenic Gulf Drive very close to Pompano Joe's! First floor unit overlooking 300 feet of renourished white sugary beach! Very convenient to the beach! Nicely furnished and well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath with bunks, sleeps eight! 2 King Beds! Recently upgraded with new tile throughout! No carpet! New back splash in kitchen! New TVs including a 40" LCD Sony in the living room and 32" Sony LCD TVs in the bedrooms! Pet may be okay with prior approval. Must be clean!

You'll love this condo - nicely decorated and plenty of room! Beach Retreat has a square-foot heated pool, BBQ grills, picnic area, exercise room, and deeded (private) beach access! This condo is ground floor so no stairs to climb!

Conveniently located to all the major attractions! The Destin Commons Mall is only about a mile and a half to the west and the Silver Sands Outlet is the same distance to the east! All water sports including parasailing, jet skiing, surfing, etc. all right at the beach! Take a dolphin cruise or deep sea fishing trip at the Destin Harbor. Restaurants are close too! Walk to Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, and Kenny D's! Beach service available at the beach for a fee. Not included in our rates.

Departure cleaning $125 admin fee $75, State and local taxes 11.5 pct.

Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Beach Retreat is very convenient to all activities including shopping at both Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Water sports, golf, tennis, and other activities are all very close too!

Beachside Condo

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed our stay & was pleasantly surprised that there were board games for us to play on our one day the weather was bad. This was our first time to visit this area & now that we know where things are we will probably be back.

Best place yet!!!

Our favorite stay yet in 4 years of coming to destin. Had everything we needed and more. It was 2 of us, no kids. The 2nd BR is bunkbeds in the hallway FYI. Otherwise Highly recommend, just not during our week!!!
