As you approach the impressive new Ariel Dunes II tower you think it can't get any better ... then you enter our unit & get WOWED! This brand new, professionally appointed beach condo, features a master suite with canopy bed, 42" plasma TV, glass shower, and garden tub. The spacious nautically themed 2nd bedroom has private bath access and a view of the golf course. A bonus room is fitted with custom built-in bunk style twin beds that are large enough for adults. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel Kitchen Aid architectural series appliances. The living room with its queen sleeper sofa boasts a 50" plasma TV with movies and access to the spacious balcony. We also have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy the many amenities this resort has to offer: golf at your front door, The Emerald Coast just a short distance out your back door, with tennis, pools, sauna, fitness center, steam room, hot tubs, Cabana Cafe, biking, and fishing in between!

Wonderful Visit

This condo was exactly as advertised! the owners were great to work with! Beautiful! There was 7 adults and 2 (small) children and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were spacious and the bunk beds were comfortable, even for my 6'5 son! So many activities and eating establishments were within walking distance. There was an ocean view from the balcony and the walk to the beach was very short. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pools due to glass in them from tropical storm Lee. The exercise room and sauna were open and we enjoyed working out and relaxing afterward. This trip was wonderful for our family! Our three sons are Marines and they are not often home at the same time. Our middle son is deploying soon and this was a great short fun-filled trip that provided us so many memories! We plan on renting this condo again when he returns home.
