Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Welcome to the Fun on Beach – The Unit-1104
Newly redesigned condo, where our guests will enjoy stress free and relaxing vacation. Just sit at spacious balcony for sipping morning coffee, watch the Dolphins swimming near by in emerald green water of Gulf. You want to view breathtaking sunrise /sunset? Our guests are challenged to view another sunrise/sunset like this, which you will see in the Florida!! All while sitting at own spacious balcony with out single care of daily grind ( all rooms allow entry on to spacious balcony with out disturbing other occupants in unit ) .

Unit comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 guests – It offers 2Bedrooms and 2Baths unit which includes queen sized convertible sofa in living area. Master size bedroom offers king size bed along with lighted closet and make up area and connecting bath along with shower. Guest area offers 2 double beds along with large closet & private connecting bath with shower/bath tub combo.

Dining area, well maintained kitchen area and snacks bar offers spectacular views of gulf. Living area offers 2 chairs, dining area table seats 6 guests along with additional two seats in breakfast area. Kitchen is well stocked and has all linens available. Each bedroom including the living area offers flat screened TV with DVD Player. All rooms and the breakfast area offer ceiling fans. Would like to wash the beach wears? Sure, as unit is stocked along with washer/dryer. If in case our guests cannot entirely get away, units boast the wireless high speed internet connection absolutely free.

Area Information

Silver Sands Factory Outlet is the largest designer outlet center in the Southeast & is about 1/2 mile to the East.
The Destin Commons has a Rave IMax theater with 14 screens and restaurants and shopping which is about 2 1/2 miles West. Destin also has a large variety of restaurants in the area Bonefish Grill, Panera Bread, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Cracker Barrel, Outback Steak House, Carraba's PF Changs, Flemings Steak House, Mitchell's Seafood, Buster's Oyster Bar and Tuscany's Italian Restaurant all within 5 minutes of the resort. To the East of the resort we have Sandestin and the Villiages of Baytowne Wharf On site or nearby;sailing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing charter boats, boating, pontoon rentals, diving/snorkeling, para sailing,windsurfing, kayaking and dolphin watching boat rides. There are golf courses, miniature/putt putt golf, go-kart tracks, and the Big Kahunas Water Park. There are brochures in the lobby area. Also ask the front desk about out water sports on Surfsides Beach. We have a beach service that can provide you with some of the water sports. Destin also has a large variety of restaurants in our area. The front desk can answer any and all of your questions. Feel free to call the front desk and ask them any questions you might have about the area. Don't forget to look in the lobby for brochures demonstrating many more activities!

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

The Destin Commons shopping area has activity days for the kids, check with their office. We have an on-site restaurant serving dinner daily. With nightly specials. Also a Tiki Hut/Bar serving food and drinks weather permitting;and a beach bar on the beach "SEASONAL". Pompano Joe's another restaurant about 5 miles West on Scenic Gulf Drive it's on the water. Captain Dave's another restaurant about 8 miles on Scenic Gulf Drive it's also on the water. A new shopping area about 15 miles to the West, Harbour Walk Village it has shopping. restaurants and bars. To the East of Surfside about 3 miles is Bay Town Village it also has shopping, restaurants and bars.

Fun in the Sun

We really enjoyed stay at Surfside's "Fun in the Sun" condo a couple weeks ago. It was in a great location with great views. The condo is updated and very cozy. The setup is great and very spacious and private. We were welcomed with a sweet hand written note welcoming us to our condo and vacation. We loved the happy our drinks and oysters at Rick's! We highly recommend this unit and doing business with Millie. Our only complaint is that our time went by too quickly! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

The photos do not do it justice. I have stayed in many condos in my lifetime and this is by far my favorite. It was very comfortable and spacious with my family of six. We have found our vacation spot and will definitely recommend to everybody!!

Enjoed our stay very much. Condo is very nice. Good view of ocean from balcony. Loved being able to walk for coffee or dinner, within walking distance to fun little places. Very easy to work with owner on booking condo.

Millie, I had a fantastic time during my stay. I went to Panama City to Okaloosa Island. The weather was about 10' degrees above normal. Hard to beat 70 + degrees on New Years Eve. The Harbor events were fun. Heading over to Edlgmen's to meet some new friends & watch the Detroit Lions whip the Packers.\

Millie, We certainly enjoyed our stay here in Destin.The view from the balcony was great. We enjoyed watching everyone trek back and forth to the beach. We couldn't ask for better. Weather this year, the temps were above average February and March. See you again next year.
