Description of the Destin vacation condo rental

Luxurious Bamboo Floorings and Tiles Work in the Kitchen . Brand new carpets, furniture and fresh paints - Amazingly special . We made it even more spectacular with up-dated floorings and tiles . Furnished two bedrooms and 2 baths condominium along with breathtaking views . Quite spacious , about 1400 sq ft , one king sized , one queen sized , one double bed, bunk beddings in the hallway , comfortable sleeper sofa for living area . Large balcony along with perfect unobstructed view of two pools ( one heated ) wonderful landscapes and the gulf ( about 100 yards from the pool ) along walk way to the gazebo with gated entry to the resort's personal beach . Large Tennis Court at property , also picnic area and grills . Spacious covered garage parking area right in front of the elevator . Beautiful beach area for personal use but the public beach is nearby along with the parasailing and exciting water activities available .

Area Information

Silver Sands Outlet Mall at end of road (about 1/2 mile), close to Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin resort, fabulous shopping, restaurants, deep sea fishing, water activities of all kinds. Amalfi Coast Resort is in a quiet sidewalk community, yet close to all activities of Destin!

great condo!

we drove down from chicago and were all delighted with the condo. well maintained, nicely decorated, 2 great pools, 1 heated, the layout of the condo was perfect! the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and the grocery store is very close. the beach is fantastic and just a short walk away. we went when it wasn't crowded so we almost had the beach to ourselves. we felt very safe, too. thanks for the chance to review this great condo and RENTERS don't hesitate to get this one if you can!!!
