Destin Beach front condo! This has to be the nicest in the building! Nicely updated, big balcony, and lots of upgrades! FREE Seasonal beach chairs and an umbrella for 2 included! Top floor Beach House Condo located on the beach in Miramar Beach in the Destin area very close to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall! The views are spectacular from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom! This condo has been recently renovated and painted! Granite counters in the kitchen and baths, designer colors throughout, and nice furnishings makes this condo feel like home! Nicely updated including a new appliances and a washer & dryer in the unit! Safety handles in the bath tubs too! Sleeps 8 with a king bed in the master on the beach side, 2 full beds in the first bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit! This top floor unit has incredible views! You'll love it! Nice artwork and decorator touches make it special! Watch the community pool area from the balcony too!
