Gulf Terrace Condominiums is a family-oriented, gated resort complex situated on 18 landscaped acres surrounding a spring-fed lake. We are located in the heart of Destin, on the Emerald Coast in the Panhandle of the Florida.
The property here is very inviting. You will want to get out on the grounds and enjoy all of the amenities Gulf Terrace has to offer. We have three swimming pools, a tennis court, and basketball court for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy fishing in our beautiful lake or barbequing with your family.
Gulf Terrace offers one and two bedroom condominiums. Condos are available for vacation rentals as well as short term & long term rentals. Your perfect vacation destination any time of year! Q:What makes your vacation rental special?
A:Our vacation rental is special because of our location. We are centrally located to all amenities, but we are located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. This allows us to have lower rental rates.
Q:What is the coolest nearby activity?
A:That would be a toss up between Big Kahuna's water park or the Track (an amusement park). You can walk to either location and just have fun!
