You'll love our Sterling Shores Condo! It is sure to please! There are a few sizes of 2BRs at Sterling Shores. Ours is the biggest! You'll notice the extra space immediately upon walking in the door! Plus, it is on the 6th floor making the views incredible! The upgrades are nicer too! Recently updated with tile floors, new plush carpet in the bedrooms, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, new stone & waved glass back splash, and new furniture! You'll love the luxury feel to this unit! Awesome 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Lagoon Pool at Sterling Shores! Sterling Shores is a 11 story condo building with incredible views of the Gulf and located in the center of Destin. Gated community with security and privacy, fenced all around. Walk to popular restaurants like the Back Porch and the Candy Maker! Located on Scenic 98 right behind the Back Porch Restaurant. Recently furnished and painted by a local Interior Decorator, this condo is sure to please! The balcony is extra wide with access from both the living room and the master bedroom. New Art Work and Designer Furnishings! You'll find a 50 inch High Def TV on the wall in the living room and new 32" flat screens in the bedrooms too. The twin bedroom also has a new DVD player and a XBOX 360! The condo is a bigger unit with approximately 1376 square feet! The hallways and doorways are bigger and can accommodate a wheel chair. The showers are walk in and extra wide too! Full size washer & dryer in the unit. You'll have all the comforts of home including free WiFi, Expanded High Def Cable, including Multi Channel HBO & SHOWTIME, DVR, Blu Ray DVD players, and a stereo for entertainment! Amenities at Sterling Shores include a 42 seat surround sound theater where movies are shown periodically, 2 pools, a fitness center, BBQ area, Beach side snack bar, and lots of extras! The bigger pool is a big Lagoon style pool and is sure to be a hit with everyone! The 2nd pool is beach front and is heated when needed during the Winter. There is a short order cafe at the beachside pool too. Order hamburgers, sandwhiches, and of course, drinks! Rent beach chairs from the beach vendor or bring your own. Current prices are $25/day or $135 for 6 days first come, first serve. Cook out at the pool and have your own picnic poolside! Lots of friendly friendly activities at the pool and grounds! This Summer, there were pizza parties, bean bag toss competitions, and video games on a 15 ft screen at the pool after dark!

Area Information

Destin is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World but fishing isn't the only activity! The sugar white beaches and clear emerald to blue waters are a big draw too! There are tons of activities in a small 10 mile area! Shop at the 2 malls or the specialty shops at the harbor or just about everywhere! You'll find lots of restaurants from Seafood to American to many ethnic cuisines! Golf is plentiful with 10 courses in a 5 mile area! There are also theme parks, miniature golf, go karts, bungee jumping, pier fishing, dolphin cruises, deep sea fishing, and many more! Take the kids to the Big Kahunas Water Park too! You will love our little piece of Paradise! You'll also love the condo so much, you may not want to leave! Come once and you'll come back again and again!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. The view of the beach is incredible. We used the large balcony every day, either for breakfast, for dinner, or for a final drink before bed. Master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you don't want to dine out. Living Area was very nicely furnished, but we hardly used it because we spent so much time at the pool and the beach or out shopping and eating. Location is great, VERY close to everything you could want, but you still were far enough off of the main drag (98), that you felt somewhat secluded from all the touristy places. Pools were never too crowded, we always were able to get 4 chairs, at various times throughout the day. They police the pool pretty tight for bottles and drinks too close to the pool, but I'd rather they do that than let things get out of control as this is a family friendly place. There were activities for kids every day (make your own sharktooth necklace, glitter tattoos, kickball, and even a movie night at the pool with popcorn and s'mores). The staff at the activities were very nice and made sure all the kids were included and had fun. The beach was a 50 yard walk across a quiet street, and was never over crowded. There are many chairs and umbrellas if you want to rent them for $25 a day or so.

We will definitely be back, and hope that this unit is available the week we go.

This is our 2nd year in Destin, but our 1st time staying in this condo. The decor is very well done and stylish! The master bath is very roomy and nicely remodeled. We really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and the balcony access from master also. The balcony is quite large, lots of room to dine and hang out there, which we did when not at the beach. We loved this condo so much that we plan to book it next year too!

Loved this condo! The location was great and right in the center of Destin. It was very clean, great dÃ©cor, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. I would definitely go back and stay there again!

Beautiful condo overlooking clear water and perfect beach! Spacious condo with everything available..including beach towels! Very private and safe - a plus for a single female traveler. Loved the location - so close to everything but so peaceful. Private cabana and a private beach. Perfect for a beach vacation or just a much needed sabatical. Crystal Waters staff great and easy to work with on details. Couldn't pick a better company to work with. Loved the furnishings too. Great look and feel and soooo comfy. Stunning 2 BR Condo that comes with everything you need and is located in a very safe and secure community. The Condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The view of the ocean is fabulous and the balcony is large enough for several people to enjoy the scenery. The beds are comfortable, linens and towels are provided. Wonderful location within walking distance to the Back Porch as well as to shopping and the Trax. This is a rare find! I cannot wait to visit again. Don't pass this one up....

Our family just returned from a week's stay at this condo. This was our first condo experience and it did not disappoint. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with everything we needed and it was close to everything. The walk to the beach was minimal and the view was spectacular. We will definitely recommend this unit to friends and family and plan to return to Destin and stay in this unit.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a week just over a month ago, and we're still thinking about it! We are long time Emerald Coast visitors, and without question, this condo was the absolute best we have ever stayed in! First off, it was the largest unit we have ever seen for a 2 bed/2 bath, really spacious & roomy. Full kitchen, dining area, large living room area, wonderful gulf-front master suite with huge walk-in closet and attached bath. The second bath was also really good size, as was the second bedroom. No bunks in the hall at the Sterling Shores! The balcony was also one of the largest we have ever had the opportunity to experience. With regard to the decor, the owner did an excellent job remodeling it. Everything is top-notch, extremely clean, comfortable, and has an "island" feel to it. Plus, there is a full size washer & dryer in the unit. The pictures on the page don't quite do it justice. Really nice! As far as the location, we loved how the Shores is laid out! It's tucked in, a bit more protected from the traffic on HWY 98 than many of the other properties, the grounds by the main pool are plush & green, and the walk to the beach is about 2 minutes across a little brick pathway on old 98. Vehicle traffic moves very slow, if there is any that is. We have walked much farther than that in the past, for true same side of the street ocean front properties. Some people have mentioned the noise of the little airport that's located not too far from the Shores. We were AMAZED at how well built the Shores is, in that when we were in the unit, we never heard a plane, not once! Really solid, quiet building. We also never heard any other doors to other units slamming, people walking to their units, nothing. That's fairly rare in our experience and a welcome treat! Check-in and payment was a breeze. Paid in advance, and the owner then emailed us the door codes. No keys, no wristbands! This was an awesome way to check in! No standing in line at the front desk, just drive up, and literally go up to the unit, punch in the code, and you are there! After a 15 hour drive from WI, we really appreciated that aspect of arrival! The owner also arranged for an early check-in for us, which we really enjoyed. All in all, we had no problems or complaints about this unit or complex! Loved, loved, loved it! We highly recommend this particular unit and will definitely stay here again! You will not be disappointed!

What a lovely home away from home! The condo was beautifully decorated. Everything was new, fresh and clean. The grounds and both pools were very clean and well-maintained and the white sand beach and crystal clear water was spectacular. We had dinner on the balcony a couple of evenings and the view was incredible. It is very convenient to restaurants, shopping and other activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and relatives and hope that we will be able to return for another stay in the future.
