Destin was voted #1 Best Beaches in "Southern Living" Magazine in 2009! Our large luxurious three bedroom, two bath suite is the largest unit Maravilla has to offer. It is elegantly decorated with all the comforts of home. The unit offers a private master suite with king-size bed, flat screen TV and adjoining full bath, well stocked full kitchen and dining area with separate breakfast bar and large living room with queen-size sofa sleeper all on the first level. New upgrade to flat screen Hi Def TV in the living room. Newly painted throughout & new tile on the first floor. WI FI available.
Upstairs is a spacious loft second bedroom newly upgraded to a king size bed, and full bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed.(No bunk beds in this condo!) All linens are provided.
Relax kick your feet up and enjoy the afternoon sunshine on our private balcony. Maravilla has two pools (one heated in winter) and a hottub for your enjoyment.You are a short walk away from your private white sandy beach and emerald green water. we provide daily beach services including two reclining lounge chairs and a full sun umbrella free of charge for your enjoyment.

We had to find a place at the last minute due to a cancellation at another property we rented. The owners of this Maravilla property were an absolute PLEASURE to work with! The condo was VERY nice and the walk to the beach was short. We had never been to Destin, so it was wonderful to stay at a place so close to the beach. I personally loved having the washer and dryer in the condo...it made washing up sandy clothes alot easier. The condo was spacious and it had internet, which made it easy for me to get some work done during the vacation. The best part of all was the wonderful people who own/rent this condo...thanks so much for your hospitality! We would love to stay here again next year. The price was right...the condo was nice...the location was prime...it was a marvelous experience...one we won't soon forget!

We inquired about this location via e-mail and received a very prompt and friendly call from the Capps. Our plans changed from a small get-together to a family reunion, requiring us to rent something much, much larger. I do have to say that the graciousness of the owner impressed us. They wished us well and invited us to think of them in the future, which we certainly will consider. Thanks.

We had a time in Destin and the condo was great! It was clean and close to the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us (7), with room to spare. It was very convenient everything we wanted to do (beach, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment) We had a wonderful time and plan to return in the near future. We found lots of very good restuarants close by (our favorite was The Backporch-it had great food and atmosphere. It was open to the beach and all tables had a view of the gulf). We had a very relaxing vacation while staying in the condo. We loved the location and the atmosphere. We will definetely stay again.

Our family had the most wonderful week. The accommodations were wonderful and the walk to the beach was so pleasant. There were 7 in our family group including elderly parents and teenagers. We were all very comfortable and could move around the complex very easily. The Capps are great people to rent from, the condo is well kept and we really appreciated their hospitality. Can't wait to get down there again.
