Vacation Rental Description

A beautiful Victorian cottage located in Sovereign Isle in Crystal Beach area. 4 bedrooms with the master suite and private bath located on the first level. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. Balconies off the second floor bedrooms. The third floor has a sitting/sun area for relaxing and reading in a quaint setting. The living room has a gas fireplace and hardwood floors. The enormous kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, granite counters and tile floors. A screened porch is just off the kitchen for a nice gathering spot for the evening. Stained glass windows are in the area between the 1st and 2nd floors. There is a large porch on the ground level. A huge plus with children, is a wash room and 1/2 bath with entrances from the garage and driveway. The community pool is just outside your door. The area is very safe and friendly. A great place to bring your family for a wonderful vacation at the beach with the luxury of having convenient necessities of home.

Just off Highway 98 in Destin, FL. It is located in the Crystal Beach area. Located 2/10th's mile from beach and Destin Commons.
