Conveniently nestled in quiet –Crystal Beach’s Community highly known for the charming homes along with the pastel paints & white picket-fences – just short-stroll for the sugary –white-sandy Destin beach about 1.5 blocks distance !! Again just a short walk for Destin’s Commons gourmet dinning, shopping & movies .

The 4 bedroom and 4 baths cottage offers big and well maintained pool that completes everything you require at deck for basking in sun /cooking at large grill . Deck has separate dinning area along with the chairs ,table & plenty of –Lounge chairs . Your kids will surely enjoy the Play House near the pool . The backyard area is fully fenced .

First Floor offers luxurious Master size bedroom & bath with bunk room along with two sets of the single over –double bunk beds . 2 Queen size guests room are located upstairs at main-Living area . Additional to this is Mini-Kitchen which is very convenient to pool along with refrigerator & microwave .

Off the luxurious living area is a sun room along with the dinning area (tables & chairs ) seats 4 & sleeper sofa . French doors makes the beautiful rooms quiet where little champs or adults can simply enjoy private living area .
