Description of the Destin vacation cottage rental
Beautifully decorated 3 BR 2 BA Private Cottage! Newly upgraded with tile, granite counter tops & fresh paint, wireless internet & custom flat screen TV in the Master BR.
Location! Location! Destin was voted # 1 Best Beaches by "Southern Living" Magazine in 2009! Enjoy the luxury of this beautiful poolside beach cottage located in Maravilla - a beachfront resort. Our home, "Southern Gem" is a short walk from Florida's Emerald Coast - One of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! The cottage is the closest of all cottages to the private resort beach and is ideally located by the heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, fitness room and clubhouse. Wireless Internet Access is available at the clubhouse. Maravilla Resort offers two and one-half acres of private beach and two swimming pools. Next to our cottage is a grassy area for playing frisbee, badminton, playing ball or "putting" with your golf clubs. Restaurants are within walking distance from our location. Silver Sands Factory Outlet Center is two miles east and the new Destin Commons Shopping Complex is about two miles west.
We have many features you will not find in many cottages. High ceilings and custom plantation shutters throughout the cottage provide a cozy beachy feeling and allow plenty of sunlight to brighten your day. Patio furniture is provided on the back deck overlooking the pool. There's plenty of room (1500 sq. ft.) to stretch out, relax and enjoy your vacation. There is no high rise condo to deal with, no waiting for an elevator, and parking is available at your front door. Our cottage is close enough to have a swim in the morning to start your day and a soak in the hottub for your relaxation at night!
