Description of the Destin vacation home rental

This lovely decorated house has all the comforts of home and more! It's located in Paradise Retreat subdivision, it has a nice front and back yard with patio furniture, and a double car garage. In the garage you will find all you need to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc.). It is a short walk to a wonderful deeded beach. We now have wireless too.

Area Description

Paradise Retreat is a very peaceful neighborhood. It's located in Miramar Beach, FL off of Scenic 98 and close to many restaurants located on the beach. Just a few minutes away is the Silver Sands outlet mall, Destin Commons shopping mall, beautiful golf courses, putt-putt golfing, driving ranges, water parks, go-kart racetracks, and much more!

Great House- Wonderful Relaxing Vacation!, September 16, 2009

I stayed here for Labor Day weekend this year with a group of 7 people. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was very well-kept and clean. It had a very "vacation" feeling to it and was very relaxing. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably. It was just a short walk to the beach (maybe three minutes) and was conveniently located to many great restaurants and shopping. We rented Mopeds and drove up and down Scenic Highway! The house came with everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't feel like eating out. They really did think of everything! From wireless internet, to extra pairs of sunglasses, umbrellas, chairs, and skim boards to use! We really did have a wonderful time and would love to stay here again!

We stayed at this house end of June through the 4th of July weekend. The house is way more spacious and beautiful than it looks in pictures. The owner has everything you could possibly need from boogie boards to martini glasses,whatever it is she pretty much has it! and the home was very very clean when we got there. The subdivision that the home is located in is very quiet so noisy neighbors was not an issue and it was very safe. just walking distance from the gorgeous beach and restaurants. Located very close to all the entertainment...from shopping, to go karts, arcades, water park. We LOVED IT! and hope to stay there again.

We just got back from our vacation, and we loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our needs. The best part - THE BEDS! I have not had such a good night's sleep in a long time. The house is just very inviting and you feel right at home when you walk in. The house has everything you need to make your vacation wonderful, and it is in a good location, too.

This home is FANTANSIC,we had 5 adults and two kids total of 7 and they loved the home everyone had their own space.My In-Laws sat out side on the back patio every morning and had breakfast! This home is equipment with EVERYTHING! from beach chairs,toys for the kids, tents, boogie boards, you name it she got it! You need to bring nothing but your clothes! The home is in great neighborhood not even 5 min(walking distance) from the beach and some awesome! restaurants. Most of all the home is clean better than any hotel! If you are looking for a place to stay that is great home away from home! You must stay here! We will Rent this home if available again!

This home is amazing. It is very large, well kept and in a great area. There were six adults staying here and we all felt like we had our own space. The house is just a few blocks from a beautiful white sand beach and a lot of area attractions. We had a family reunion of approximately 25 adults and children and they all agreed this was one of the nicest places we have been to and we will be back again. FYI - the owner of the home was very helpful with directions, maps and additional information.
