CLOSE TO THE BEACH!
You can hear the surf from our front porch. It's a three minute walk, with sidewalk all the way. A ROMANTIC WALK ON A MOONLIT BEACH IS JUST THAT CLOSE! Allow the brilliant emerald water and sugar white sand to take your breath away!

This home is a true blessing when it comes to space and amenities!

It's an abundance of living space with seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, tons of bathroom space [two sinks in every bathroom], and dining area that will hold a ton of people. Your large group will be very comfortable here, and will enjoy their stay!

Location: Destin/Crystal Beach, Florida, USA (Three minute walk to the beach. Sidewalk all the way)

Accommodations: 2 large beach houses, 7 bedrooms, 5 baths (Sleeps 20)
[Available as completely private 4 BR 3 BA in Fall, Winter & Early Spring]

The main house [front, one story]has a spacious living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom (king-size) with luxurious master bath/Jacuzzi. Bedroom #2 sleeps four. It has a king plus a set of single-bed bunks. There's also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Across the pool is the Carriage House. At pool level is BR #3 (king-size), a large bathroom with double sinks and a large shower, and BR #4 (king size). Both bedrooms have french doors opening onto the pool courtyard. Adjacent to BR #4 is BR #5, it's a small room with a set of single-bed bunks (sleeps 2) BR #5 has a private outside entrance.

The Carriage House [back two story] upstairs and overlooking the pool, has a private entrance. There's another large and comfortable living room, a second dining area for six, a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There is still another master bedroom (king-size) with bathroom/Jacuzzi, another bedroom (two twins), and another full bath. There's also a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

It all wraps around your own private pool with jets [heated upon your request] in a private fenced courtyard setting. The perfect place for those afternoon barbecues on the natural gas grill. [you'll never run out of gas]

We loved the house. It was a family vacation, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren and many more. We enjoyed the pool. There was a lot of rain so going to the beach was a choir but the pool was great. We could get in and out very easily. The children loved it. The two houses gave us just what we needed with a couple of babies with us. They stayed in the pool house, while the wild ones stayed either in the main house or upstairs over the garage. The babies would sleep while we played games and cards. The kitchen and family area were well equipped for all our needs. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything, even a grill which I never owned before but do now. The house was decorated just like our own homes so it gave you a lived in feeling rather than a rental or hotel. We will probably rent this again in 2 years for the next family vacation.

The house is extremely well maintained. It doesn't feel at all like a rental, but rather a residence. The setup is terrific (a main house and a guest house) so those that want to retire early can get their rest. The home is kid friendly. The pool offers a great alternative when you don't want to deal with the beach, which is just a two minute walk from the house. This was out third time staying at the house and we plan on returning for the next several years!
