This was a very nice place to stay with alot of room, great pool and back yard. loved the covered deck area. plenty of towels.The golf cart was a life saver!! we were able to take everything we needed to the beach. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. I will also recommend it to friends and family.

Three families with small children enjoyed a week-long stay. The home is located in very close proximity to great shopping and dining. The personal golf cart for trips to the beach was a great addition! The home was not as clean as we would have liked, i,e. dirty floors and counter tops and dust everywhere. The dishwasher was out of order for most of our stay, as well. The pool is quite small, especially for large groups. The bedroom off of the garage has a window-unit air conditioner that did not keep the room cool even though it ran on high all week. The home is supplied with numerous beach towels and beach toys. We were told there was a crib but it is actually a pack-n-play. The home does have plenty of room for 3 or 4 families. Overall we enjoyed our stay there but are unlikely to stay there again. Please note that the owners are very helpful to make your stay a good one.

This house was perfect. We had 2 families in our group and probably had room for another. You are less than a block from the beach and you can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The golf cart was clutch for lugging large items to the beach or just tired little children :-) The house is fully equipped with beach gear - towels, chairs, toys, etc. The pool and hot tub was great. There is a great grill and deck perfect for cookouts. The kitchen had all the amenities. Great vacation!!!!

The house is really nice with a lot of room for everyone. The pool and pavilion area is very nice with beautiful landscaping to look at and a fountain to listen to or music. My family grilled fish every night so far. The golf cart is perfect for the kids and all the stuff that you have to carry to the beach. However you can walk to the beach if you wanted to. Toys, towels and chairs are all available to use for your beach trips. We have experienced a couple of things that needed some attention, and the owners were very willing to take care of anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting a nice and relaxing vacation!

I was a little disappointed when arriving at the home. When you walk into the front door you can go into the garage on the right then one of the master bedrooms is off of the garage. You can not access the master bedroom without going outside or through the garage. The master bedroom has a air conditioning unit. The third floor has another master suite that is awesome with another queen room attached. You have to walk through master bedroom #2 to get to the room with the queen bed. Worked perfectly for us because my husband, kids and Mom slept upstairs. The bathroom is HUGE and the closet is HUGE. The kitchen is really nice but all of the cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. need to ALL be replaced. Make sure you bring towels for bathing bc there are not enough. I wish the pool was off of the kitchen but you have to go down the stairs to get to the pool from the kitchen. The pool is a lot smaller than expected and we had to clean the pool and deck from bird poop.
