Enjoy the tropical breezes from any of the five bedrooms four of which have their own private full bathroom. This combined property consists of over 2800 square feet of comfortable living space. The Main House has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and the Carriage House has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Each house also has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Only 500 feet to Destin's flawless white sand beach and emerald green water. Perfect for a family beach vacation or a couples' get together, this home offers something for everyone. Deposits: There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit when renting both houses, and a $400.00 refundable damage deposit when renting 1 house. (This is refunded within 7 days after check out). In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check
Other Fees: All rates are for up to 12 guests, $100 per person per week for extra guests up to 17 max. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, $1995 per week. Heat Pool: $250 per week.

Largo Mar Rental

My family and I stayed at Largo Mar from July 24 - July 31st. We had a great time. The two houses provided privacy for me and my husband while also affording plenty of opportunities to spend time with the kids and grandkids. The pool was awesome as our little guys were not interested in going to the beach...they were in the pool from morning until late evening. Both houses were clean and well decorated. Our only complaint was the lack of paper products. I've never stayed in a rental property where I had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. That was a little disappointing. Other than that, we were very satisfied and would love to stay at Largo Mar the next time we have a Florida vacation.

Fantastic Beach

Destin Florida is a special place and we will never again venture to any islands to locate breath taking beauty and sandy beaches. Our family of 16 had an eye-awakening awe struck week in this paradise. We loved the private pool, the short walk to the beach, and the quiet of our own patio. Everyone of our family cannot wait to return. Spotless accommodations. Everything from home included with this rental.
