This home has 4 lovely bedrooms, plus a spacious, private loft with a Queen pull-out sofa that functions as a 5th BR.

6 TVs, including a large-screen HDTV in the family room with DVD and HBO connection are present for your entertainment. Most other TV's have VCR's. High-speed Cable Internet connection allows easy internet access through the supplied Ethernet cable.

Also, enjoy the fully equipped full kitchen and full-size washer and dryer. This home is continually updated to stay in touch with what all vacationing families desire...fresh paint, new furnishings, carpeting, etc. Covered parking and easily accessible additional parking are readily available. You will love the old beach flavor of Gulfside Cottages’ location while having all this literally around the corner. Gulfside Cottages is a small community of just 29 Florida Cottages with palm tree lined streets, sidewalks, heated pool, and easy beach access. This is truly one of the most unique settings and sought-after locations in the Destin area.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house it was a great location and we had plenty of room. I would suggest that you put some potholders in the kitchen and put at least two towels and bath clothes per person. We only had one for each person and we had to wash them every day.

The beach house was not only close to the beach it was close to lots of shopping and restaurants as well! The home was very spacious and had everything provided that you would want in a vacation home! It was beautiful and very well kept! I would definitely recommend renting in this community to anyone!
