Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Beautiful Miramar Beach rental located in the Gulfside Cottages. Enjoy a quick walk to the beach (with no roads to cross) via the deeded beach access. Directly across from the seasonally-heated community pool.

4 TVs, including a large-screen HDTV in the family room with DVD, VCR and HBO. High-speed Cable Modem Internet connection allows easy internet access through the supplied Ethernet cable. Also enjoy the fully-equipped full kitchen and full-size washer and dryer - all appliances are new. Three bedrooms (K, Q, Q, 1SS) and 3 full bathrooms. Two-second floor decks offer a great spot to relax. Covered parking for one car with an additional area to park in the driveway and ample parking on the side street.

First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Area, and Queen bedroom, full hall bath

Attitude Adjustment by the Sea

The house was well furnished and in good shape.It was located near the pool and a short walk from the beach. Shops and resturants were nearby.The kitchen was well equipped. Sheets and towels were on hand. The neighborhood was friendly People spoke and had coversations with us. The homeowner and agency were accomidating and friendly.They gave us excellent advice as to what to bring and where to go. The weather was beautiful and the community friendly. We are two senior citizens who travel with two dogs who are seasoned travelers. We had excellent overnight accomidations in Birmingham and in Franklin Tennasee. The pets were well treated at several resturants and pampered at two. These are well socialized, well trained and crowd familiar dogs that start conversations. I was recovering from spine surgery and encountered no difficulty with any part of the vacation. I would recommend the house, the community and the rental agency.

Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Attitude Adjustment. The house was large and comfortable. It was also located in a really neat neighborhood. We said it was like a tropical "Wisteria Lane," and it is conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants. I have stayed in houses that were furnished with more kitchen supplies, dishes, etc. Also, I was told that we would have a view of the ocean from the second floor balconies, but we didn't. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would stay again.

Nice place but...NO VIEW!!!

This place was really nice! BUT...all of the websites that talk about the "gulf view" were misleading. We paid a lot of money to stay at this place, and we have not been able to go on a vacation in almost three years! We were so sad to find out when we got there that there really was no "gulf view!" If you consider one balcony where you have to lean so far to the left you almost fall off to see a six inch sliver of "gulf view" a "gulf view" then you'll be happy! The place was nice though. Very quiet, family friendly, clean and nicely kept grounds. I would stay here if you don't mind NOT having an ocean view from your rental or anywhere from the property!

We loved our stay at Topsl Tides 1211. The facilities were fabulous, loved the pools, loved the rooms and the king size bed and jacuzzi bathroom. Toilet in master bedroom had some difficulties flushing but all in all I will def. use resort quest again to book rooms at Topsl! Thanks so much!
