Description of the Destin vacation home rental
This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views.
~Complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas during March 1 – October 31 ~
Sterling Stay Beach House provides 4 rented beach chairs and 2 umbrellas daily at the beach for our guests. These are already set up on the beach by a vendor so you only need to go to the beach and provide the password to the attendant. There are also plenty of folding beach chairs in the house pool closet that you can take to the beach on a trolley that is provided for guests.

The private poolside Cabana offers the Cabana Blue Suite with a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/DVD, full bath, and walk-in closet. Adjacent to the suite is the Cabana Lounge with a queen sleeper sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette: microwave, coffee maker, sink, mini-frig, dishes, and dining table for 2.
THE BEACH
Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.

How old do you have to be to rent this property?
25 years of age. Families and professionals are welcome.
We do not rent to college or high school groups.
Sterling Stay provides linens and towels for use within the home only. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
HOUSE POLICY:
Please know that Sterling Stay Beach House is in pristine condition. We rent to families and professionals who are minimum 25 years of age who will care for and respect our property by leaving it in the same condition as found upon arrival. This property is not equipped to accommodate high school or college groups, weddings or receptions.
Area Information
Destin offers exciting water activities: snorkeling, parasailing, sunset cruises, glass bottom boat excursions, dolphin watching, and scuba diving. The Big Kahuna Water Park is another favorite family attraction. An abundance of golf courses are also conveniently located in and around Destin.
DINING
Casual and fine dining is within walking distance at Camille's Restaurant or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's or Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood for lunch or dinner. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying beach views and a Gulf breeze as you dine.
SHOPPING
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and many exclusive specialty shops as well as several major department stores.
The Silver Sands Outlet Mall located within 3 miles and provides another excellent opportunity for shopping for brand name merchandise.

Our family loved this beach house. My 31 year old son recently died in an auto accident . So 90 days later the wedding took [place as planned and the family took a family vacation honeymoon. The Bride & Groom stayed on the top level, and the rest of us spread out through out the home. Plenty of room, with a lot to do. We stayed in Destin once before, and loved it, so when we found this home we all knew it was meant to be. The house was very well kept, decorated nicely and had all the convinces of home. The pools we always up and running, very clean. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful and just a short walk to the ocean. The nearby shopping was GREAT! between the outlets and wonderful restaurants it was hard to leave. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely love to stay there again. Thank You so much! Just what the doctor ordered.

This property is really confortable and very nice. We had a great time in this place. We went with our family, including kids, teenagers, and seniors. Everybody was pleased to be in this property. Very clean, all the beds are confortable, big spaces, nice decoration.
Excellent location, very close to HWY 98.
Very good customer service.
We recomend this property to people that like minimalist, and art. The paintings are beautiful!

Ten of us spent Thanksgiving week in this lovely home. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. Many amenities are provided by the owners including a well-equipped kitchen, beach toys and chairs, comfortable bedding, etc. The owners were very kind and helpful and returned our security deposit quickly. The property is so close to the beach that you really do not notice the half-block walk. The neighborhood and community are wonderful and everything you need as far as groceries, shopping, and restaurants are right there. We had one issue with a clogged bathtub drain and that was fixed within a couple hours. The bunk bedroom is pretty small, but our teens spent most of their time outside of the bedroom so that was not a problem for the stay. Be sure to bring extra toilet paper as we ran out. It would have been nice to enjoy the pool, but the weather was in the 60s and the air temperature didn't make it conducive for swimming. However, we were able to enjoy the pool area. The cabana house is also very nice. We all agree that we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay @ sterling stay was great-the house was beautiful, the rooms were great, everyone had plenty of room.The pool was wonderful, we used both grills, the cabana was perfect, & the beach closet was great!!!The short walk to the beach was nothing...The only thing I forgot to bring was a blow dryer,but we just let the sea wind dry our hair,no big deal.We highly recommend this property to any family with 10 or more people,you will not be on top of each other,plenty of elbow room,comfy furniture,and comfy beds!!!!

As this was my first-ever visit to this region of Florida, I had no past experiences upon which to base any expectations. I was, however, quite aware of the hype surrounding the pearl-white sand, crystal-clear waters and unequaled sunsets. To say that my experience lived up to this hype is a gross understatement. Aside from the truly awesome beaches which were literally a five-minute walk from Sterling Stay, the house itself was an equally refreshing change of pace that was well-received by everyone in our group. The house has a certain character that - while unique - is not overbearing. Anyone can feel at home at Sterling Stay. Its amenities, and its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and all types of shopping allowed us to escape the inconveniences of every-day life and enjoy the simple pleasures of great weather and great company. I recommend Sterling Stay to any group seeking a relaxing, care-free environment.

The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. We arrived to a clean, well maintained house and property. Plenty of beds and different rooms for private and communal space for a group. Not to mention the simple, stylish decor and beautiful, interesting art work throughout the house. The washing machine and dryer were wonderful extras to have. The full kitchen and grill were also very nice. Great for a group of friends or extended family to get away. The pool and guest house are a wonderful addition for extra space and fun. The location of the house is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and in a clean, nice neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants are close by. I highly recommend this house and plan to go back myself.
