This home affectionately named “The Retreat”, is a custom built, Mediterranean style beach home professionally decorated with the finest appointments throughout. The home boasts roughly 2600 square feet of luxury living space with 10 ft. ceilings and beautiful custom concrete floors in addition to 300 square feet of beautiful balconies providing great views.

The FIRST FLOOR of the home boasts 10 foot ceilings, beautiful custom concrete floors, custom countertops, a very spacious open floorplan that includes a large dining area, breakfast bar, and a very large living room that includes a larger TV and DVD player, and fully equiped utility room. The first floor also includes a large bedroom with a king size bed and private full size bathroom.

On the SECOND FLOOR, enjoy a HUGE private master suite which walks out to the second story veranda with beautiful veiws! The master suite includes a larger TV, DVD player and a larger private bathroom. The second floor also includes a large kids room with 3 bunk beds, TV and DVD player and fooze-ball table. The forth bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, TV and DVD player. The third and forth bedrooms are connected by a larger Jack & Jill bathroom.

The spacious back yard is highlighted by a gorgeous private pool and large pool-deck surrounded by over 16 palm trees is ideal for casual or formal entertaining. If you prefer the beach, Destin’s gorgeous sugar white beaches are a 30 second walk from our front door.

Destin’s Frangista Beach is a tranquil seaside community that offers sugar white sand beaches at her doorstep! A full size grocery store and the Silver Sands shopping mall is a mere 5 minute drive away!
