Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Destin Vacation Rental so close to the beach in the gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores along Scenic 98. Caribbean Sun is a fabulous Caribbean style cottage in Emerald Shores and is one of the closest homes to the beach in this gated beach side neighborhood! New 60 inch Sony LED High Definition TV in the living room! New flat screen TVs in the bedrooms too! New leather furniture May 2013! Great location with easy access to restaurants, Golf, and shops! This big and spacious home sleeps up to 12! Spread out on 3 floors! Open and spacious front room includes the entry, living, dining, and kitchen areas! All are open to each other for easy gatherings and family entertainment! 2 sofas, love seat, and chair in the living room. 6 bar stools at the bar and seating at the table for 6! 2 master suites! 1 is on the 1st floor with access to a covered wrap around porch and the other is a big master with a sitting area on the 3rd floor with access to a wrap around balcony! Both have king beds and private baths! There is also a half bath on the 1st floor in the hall. The 2nd floor has 2 big bedrooms with 4 bunks in one room and another king bed in the other! Both bedrooms have access to yet another wrap around balcony! There is also a full bathroom! Nicely furnished and plenty of room in this house!

Emerald Shores is a gated neighborhood very close to the beach with a private beach Cabana, 2 pools, a tennis court, and a basketball goal. There is access from both the beach side and from HWY 98 for an easy commute anywhere! Beach Service is available at the beach for a fee!

Shopping, golf, water sports, and all Destin activities are very close! Located centrally between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall about 2 miles from each! Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Caribbean Sun is located close to everything too!

Great Subdivision

The house and subdivision was fantastic. The only thing that was hard on us, was we didn't see the sun our entire trip. But we hung out at the house and made the best of it. The house was fantastic. I will say that each bedroom was fantastic. The beds were amazing. I haven't slept that good in months! I would advise the owners of this home that the toaster is broke .
