The best part is that you can walk right out of the first floor balcony directly down the steps to the beach!! Or, if you want, you can slip into your private beachfront dipping pool which can also be heated!!

First floor cabana room is ultimate beachy feel with beautiful color-washed furniture spashed with bold coral and a comfy sleeper sofa with built in chaise. 50" HDTV and XBox.

Second floor living room is ultimate sophistication with overstuffed Tommy Bahama furnishings emblazoned with a bold tropical print. 50" HDTV. Enjoy watching Destin's firey sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. Kids bedroom has 2 sets of bunks.

Gourmet kitchen with stainless, granite, cherrywood cabinets stocked with all the essentials.

Area Information

Frangista beach is a little community of single homes with private beach walk downs for other community owners. One street back is the beautiful large swimming pool, whirlpool and bath houses for relaxing and lounging or just for cooling off from the beach. You can walk to everything from here! Within a block you can rent little dune buggies and scooters, buy bait for fishing or stop at the gourmet wine shop with fabulous delicacies! Don’t forget the "Bad Ass" coffee shop next to the wine store plus restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well.

House was very nice great location. The dvd player was broken in den and the oven took a long time to heat up. These things can be fixed though. Will definitely return to Destin love it there and great for any age! My two yr old up to my parents in their 60s!

We can't say enough good things about this wonderful beach house. It has all the amenities we wanted in a house on the beach, pool is very close by, beach is wide and uncrowded and Linda is a pleasure to rent from. We needed a few kitchen items and she delivered them to us an hour after we called. The house is perfect and we hope to come back year after year for our family beach gathering.
