Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Destin Beach House for rent in Emerald Shores! Ocean Dreams is a beautiful 3 story Caribbean style cottage located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and directly across from the bigger of 2 community pools! Upgrades include granite counters, attractive tile, and laminate flooring. The master is on the main floor. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk room on the 2nd floor and a queen bedroom and 2 twins in another bedroom on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor has a mini bar on the landing! There is also a bathroom and access to the covered balcony from both bedrooms. The 2nd floor has a bathroom and a covered balcony too! There are TVs in every room! Sleeps up to 12 with children on the bunks!

The front porch area has been expanded with brick pavers and has seating for several! The back porch is screened and private. There is also a small back yard with a picnic table! The cozy living room is complete with a big screen TV, a leather sectional, desk, and a mirrored curio area! This home is nicely furnished and well decorated. We thought of everything! You'll love this home! Beach service is available at the beach for a fee!

Emerald Shores is a small gated community centrally located between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Outlet Mall just off Scenic Gulf Drive. The walk to the beach is easy but there is also a free tram service during the summer if you didn't want to walk! The bigger of 2 pools is directly across the cul-de-sac and the tennis court is a short 3 minute walk! Restaurants are very close too! Shopping, sightseeing, Golf, and all water sports are all within 5 miles!

A pet may be okay! Must have prior approval. Add $112

Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, 'Paradise!' The Destin area is abundant with Restaurants, bars, shopping areas, Golf, and water sports. Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes twice to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Ocean Dreams is very convenient to all activities including shopping at both Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Water sports, golf, tennis, and other activities are all very close too!

AMAZING!!!!

Scenic views… a balcony on every level, private beach access, and located close to everything (Target, Wal-Mart, outlet center). From the moment we entered the gated access community, we knew we were going to have a blast. Bill greeted us with a smile and he was so nice. The home looks so much better than the pictures! The towels in all of the bathrooms were folded creatively like seashells, and everything was so fresh and crisp. There are TVs, dvd players, and a bathroom on every floor. Because the home is three floors, there is also a refrigerator, microwave, and sink at the top of the stairs. Incredible!!! They thought of everything! It rained all day Saturday, but we were able to grill out in the back yard and watch movies. It was perfect quality, family time. My mom and mother in law were so impressed with the place. They said, "It’s so cozy and peaceful, we feel like we are staying at a friend’s home while they are away." I was apprehensive about renting the beach home, but it was far more that we had imagined. The beach was so beautiful and literally within walking distance. The private entrance allowed us to go at our leisure without having to get in our car to get there. Our trip to Destin was truly memorable. We loved it so much we are already planning our next visit!!! I don’t know who Bill uses for maintenance of this property but they do a wonderful job. I would recommend this home and any other property managed by Bill to anyone. You will NOT be disappointed.
