Great location between Scenic Gulf Drive & HWY 98 so getting around Destin is easy! Walk to several restaurants along the beach too! This home has approximately square feet with an open and spacious floor plan. Split bedroom plan with the master separated from the guest rooms. King bed in the master, 2 queen beds, and 2 sleeper sofas! Upgrades include granite counters, stainless steel appliances, designer colors, etc.! Don't miss the master bathroom shower! Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports. Bungee jumping, go karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, water park, bowling, movie theaters! All you could want in a small area!

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Destin and Miramar Beach run together and extend about 12 miles from the Destin Bridge to the Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach.

Exceeds Expectations

Our expectations were high after reading the other reviews, but they were exceeded. This is an absolutely lovely home. Very spacious with oodles of seating for lounging and dining, inside and out. The yard was especially pleasing with an oversized patio and small pool. The best part for us was that it was entirely fenced in with privacy fence and we were comfortable with our pug running around there and being safe. The actual walk to the beach is right at 5 minutes and oh what a beautiful beach. We enjoyed many beatiful sunsets. Another wonderful aspect of this property is having a garage. I took my Harley and a kayak and the garage allowed me to not worry about them when we were gone for the day. This house sets in the inner circle of a circular subdivision and there is very little traffic....also a big plus!

So nice to hear that Paradise Reef exceeded your expectations! Our home is in a gated neighborhood close to the beach but somewhat secluded from the hustle and bustle! The house has an open and spacious floor plan and has been nicely updated with tile floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. Most of our guests find it very comfortable! The pool area has a big stone patio and is well landscaped and private thanks to our 6 foot wood privacy fence! The backyard has lots of room for our canine friends! Paradise Reef is Incredible

Paradise Reef is a beautiful home! It is spotless and well maintained with modern decor. I cannot say enough good things about this home. It is a very short walk to the beach. We will be staying here again.

Great Vacation!

Our family was very pleased with our stay. We had a great week enjoying both the pool and the beach! We met Bill who was very receptive to all our needs! The house was very clean and plenty big for our families. It was as great as the ad we saw on the internet.

This is a well appointed, updated home. We especially enjoyed the outside living area - beautifully landscaped, great pool area and very private. The location was convenient as well. It was close to beaches, Destin shopping and dining, yet far enough removed from the commercial areas to be relaxing. Loved it!
