Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Three story 4500 square foot 2008 vacation home with private pool and hot tub and spacious pool deck and grill station. House has first floor kitchen, media room and dining room and living area. Sleeping arrangements include: 2 kings, 4 queens, 4 bunk beds (2 bedrooms with 2 built in bunk beds each). Pool size 14x30, media room 1st floor and game room with pool table on 2nd floor. Outdoor decks look out upon the pool twith rocking chairs and cushioned seating under stained paneled ceilings.

Check in 2:00 directly at the house, key less entry code provided. First floor and pool area will be available. Beach chairs await you on the beach after 10:00 a.m. on check in day. Get your vacation started EARLY. No 4:00 p.m. check in with Beach Reunion.

Calypso is perfect for corporate retreats, family reunions, or long weekend gathering with friends. There is a large, adjointing, landscaped lot for receptions. This lush green space is ideal for cookouts or playing games. In the evening it cam host wedding receptions. It is specific to the lot and zoned as part of the house. This rate double lot makes Calypso a unique house to rent whith the oversized pool getting sun all day long on the south side. The front of the house parks 6 on the paver driveway and parking pad.
