Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Luxury home in lush and tropical gated community, with one of the largest pools in Destin. Pool has tiki grilling area, spa, flat screen tv for your viewing pleasure, and surround sound. Pool is Lagoon style with walk-in at one end.

You will enjoy luxury in this new home. Upgraded kitchen, top of the line appliances, granite counters, fully-equipped.

Enjoy the luxury of 2 master suites, one on each floor. Both master suites have king sized beds, with pillowtop mattresses. Each master bath have body sprays in the showers. Master suite on the 1st floor has seperate whirlpool tub. 3rd bedroom on 2nd floor has queen bed, and access to the covered balcony. 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor has 2 sets of new twin bunkbeds. All bedrooms have flatscreen tvs.

Great family room upstairs with reclining couch, large tv, perfect for video games, or family viewing, with access to the covered balcony.

Area Information

Our gated community is so close to the beach, and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and entertainment. We are only a 1 minute drive, or 10 minute walk to the new Destin Commons, which have over 80 upscale shops, dancing water fountains, Hard Rock Cafe, as well as several other restaurants, and entertainment. Our home is also only 5 minutes away from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Our community is 2.5 blocks from the beautiful beaches of Destin. During peak seasons, our community offers a complimentary trolley service to and from beach, which is great for small children, elderly people, or if you are taking lots of items to the beach.

BEAUTIFUL HOME ON BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!!

This property was everything and more than what the owner stated it was. We absolutely loved Crystal Beach Villas. We had a party of 8 and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable family vacation. I hope this property is available every time we visit Destin. The inside was absolutely great. Kitchen and bedrooms fully equipped. Thank you for showing the REAL photos.

We enjoyed the house so much and loved the community! The neighborhood was active, but the house was quiet. We took 5 teenagers (2 families) who rotated between the beach and the pool. Love the kitchen - one of my girls said "Mom, this kitchen has everything you need!" Thanks for a great week. All my friends have been telling me how relaxed we looked when we returned.
