The living area has 32" plasma tv, dvd, vcr and sleeper sofa. Dining area seats 6 with room for 4 more at the bar.
Kitchen has all modern appliances along with a very nice bar. Laundry closet.

King master bedroom has 27" tv, dvd, vcr, bath with jacuzzi tub.
Queen bedroom, tv, patio and shared bath.
Bedroom with 2 twins, 25" tv, patio and shared bath.

If paying by check, the deposit of 50% of the total rental is due within 7 days from the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less from the date of arrival, total balance is due at time of booking. Deposits not received within 7 days will result in payment being applied to credit card. All payments are expected by due date.

Other Fees: Additional Fees. A non-refundable damage waiver fee of $85.00 will be charged to all reservations. A housekeeping fee will be applied to all reservations, with the amount depending on the size of the property.
