Beautiful Destin Beach house for rent! Dolphin's Retreat is a fabulous 4BR/2BA home in Paradise Retreat with a private pool and walking distance to a private beach access! The private pool is screened in to keep out unwanted pests! Enjoy the tranquil setting and the calming splash of the Dolphin fountain! Gated neighborhood for extra privacy! You'll love this spacious and well appointed home. New leather furniture in the living room and new comforters for the bedrooms! The big island kitchen is open to the dining room and living room allowing everyone to be together at the same time! The bedrooms are separated by the living room or a hall way. Privacy is important! Walk to the community's private beach access! Great location between Scenic Gulf Drive & HWY 98 so getting around Destin is easy! Walk to several restaurants along the beach too! Dolphin's Retreat can sleep up to 11 people with a King bed in the master, 2nd King in the front guest room, 1 queen bed, and a twin and full bed in the 4th bedroom! There are also 2 roll away cots. Warm & soothing colors throughout. Full sized washer & dryer & 2 car garage. Very nice home at a great value for your family vacation! We offer High Speed Wireless Internet Access too! A small dog may be okay, please inquire! Add $100 fee.

Beach service is available at the beach for a fee! The pool can be heated for an additional $30 per day.

Add $145 departure cleaning, $75 admin fee,& 11.5 pct tax.

Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, "Paradise!" The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports. Bungee jumping, go karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, water park, bowling, movie theaters! All you could want in a small area!

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why! Destin and Miramar Beach run together and extend about 12 miles from the Destin Bridge to the Sandestin Resort in Miramar Beach.

Fantastic Family Reunion Location

We wanted a family setting fit for a reunion. This location certainly fit the bill! This house is beautiful, and offers plenty of warm atmosphere. Crystal Waters Realty should be commended for their top notch service. We were met at the home, shown around, and were impressed that the agent even double checked our internet service to make sure it was in working order. Though the short walk to the beach may be an inconvenience to some, we were greeted by friendly neighbors along the way. The private pool and patio (complete with grill) was a definite plus! Because this property is pet-friendly, we had one happy little Pug who enjoyed our vacation as much as we did. We definitely recommend Dolphins Retreat (and Crystal Waters Realty) to any family who loves and values time together.

We enjoyed this home near the beach with our 6 year old twin daughters. Spacious, super clean and ample towels. The pool which was heated as we requested was fantastic! A private home is not our usual choice but having stayed here we will definitely do this again.
