This is a fantastic 3BR/2.5BA cottage in the gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores just a short walk to the private beach access! Other amenities include 2 pools, tennis court, basketball goal, and a shuffleboard. You'll definitely feel yourself relax when you come to Emerald Shores. The waves crashing onshore in the distance, the lush tropical style landscaping with green grass and palm fronds blowing in the sea breeze, lets you know you are in paradise! Sea Dreamer is located on a quiet Cul-De-Sac, with spacious and open rooms, and a newly furnished kitchen. The upstairs loft opens onto a balcony perfect for early morning coffee or late afternoon drinks with friends. There is a fence in the back and a BBQ grill on the side in a private setting. Sea Dreamer is a hop skip and a jump to either pool and only a short walk to the private beach pavilion for Emerald Shores! You'll love all this home has to offer and want to come back again and again! Make wonderful memories here! Centrally located on Scenic 98 between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and close to all activities in Destin & Miramar Beach! Beach set up available at the beach for a fee.

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. We stayed for the weekend and this house has everything you can need or imagine! Beautiful place, comfortable, easy access to eveything you need. I called as sson as we got back to book it again, and it was already booked, " I wonder why" lol. We highly recomended this place we had a beautiful time! thank you all

The amenities are unmatched anywhere in Destin! 2 pools, a tennis court, basketball goal, and a private beach cabana on the beach with restrooms, wagon storage, bike storage, picnic tables, and a short order cafe/bar! Awesome!
