Description of the Destin vacation home rental

Destin Beach House Rental! Casa de Avalon is a big beach house with a 2 car garage very close to the beach! The private beach access might be 150 yards! From the moment you enter this home, you'll be impressed! The living area is huge and has a 2 story ceiling! The dramatic staircase leads to an open hall overlooking the 1st floor. Corian counters, nice furnishings, and the wow factor everywhere! Sleeps 10 with a king bed in the 1st floor master, 2 queen bedrooms, and a set of twins in the 4th bedroom. There is also a loft area with a sleeper chair, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the outdoor area too! There is a privacy fence and a covered patio. Enjoy cooking out on a propane grill. Amenities in the neighborhood include 2 tennis courts, an impressive community pool, and a private beach access only steps from the home, maybe 150 yards! Pets may be okay with prior approval and an extra fee.

The first floor has an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and the dining room. The Master Suite is also on the first floor and has a king bed and a big, spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is also a half bath off the entry hall. Full size washer and dryer. The 2 car garage is big enough to pull your cars in at night!

The living room has seating for 6 around the Big Screen TV but the game table can seat 4 and the eat in kitchen can seat a few more! The staircase leads to the open hall on the 2nd floor overlooking the whole living room, entry, and even the dining room! Enjoy the cool breeze on the 2nd floor balcony off the loft area. It is somewhat private from the foliage!

We offer free High Speed Wireless Internet Access too! Beach service is available at the beach for a fee.

Location: Centrally located between the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall off Scenic 98! Walk to several restaurants along the beach! Captain Dave's On The Gulf and Kenny D's Beach Bar & Grill are right outside our neighborhood! The Crab Trap and Pompano Joe's are a short distance away in either direction maybe a mile to each! The private beach access is maybe mile!

Indoor Features: Approximately square feet, 4br 2.5ba! Professionally decorated with nice amenities and upgrades galore!

Area Information

The Destin area is known as the Luckiest Fishing Village in the World! Deep sea fishing is very popular in the region. The sugary white beaches and the clear, sometimes Emerald Green waters give true meaning to the word, Paradise! The Destin area is abundant with restaurants, bars, shopping areas, golf, and water sports.

Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! Some people make this area home after just one visit! Come see why!

Family Vacation in Paradise

Destin has been a favorite spot of mine for several years but this past trip was even more special because I was able to share it with my family and show them around paradise on the beach. We were fortunate enough to find and rent Casa De Avalon and it was perfect! The coziness of the home and all of the great amenities, including the private beach access, made this an amazing family vacation filled with treasured memories! The house is so cute and so charming and my family and I loved staying there and we look forward to the next visit!! I hope the next family that takes advantage of this great space enjoys it as much as we did!!
