Spacious three story townhouse furnished and decorated as a second home. Gulf view from private balconies. Three restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen fully furnished. Bedroom and bath on each floor with living room, dining room and fully furnished kitchen on second floor. Wonderful balconies for watching dolphins. Refrigerator and coffee pot on each floor. Owners take pride in keeping everything nice. Several guest return year after year once they have been.

Next to Enclave on Scenic Highway 98 between "Destiny by the Sea" and Captain Dave's Restaurant. Only minutes from shopping, restaurants and many vacation attractions.

Q:Can you see the beach and gulf waters?

A:Yes, our view is wonderful from the two upper balconies, living room, dining room, master king bed and even the kitchen area! We watch dolphins playing while we eat our meals on the balcony.

Q:What makes our unit unique from others?

A:Our 1,800 sq. ft. townhouse is our HOME away from home. We try hard to make it nice for our guest that come when we are not using it. It is very spacious and the third floor is all master suite!! WOW, what a view of the beach also!!

Q:What can your family do while at our unit?

A:We have water park, putt putt golf, go carts, games, rides all within 5 to 7 miles. Shopping for the ladies of the family is all within 2 mile radius. We also have a pool within our complex.
