This spacious 4 bedroom/3 bath Destin vacation rental sits on 300 feet of private deeded beach. The beach is right outside of the back door. The home is conveniently located within walking distance of the heart of Destin's major shopping and dining area; a 4 block stroll to Destin Commons Mall.

Important to know is that there are only 8 homes in this complex and only 4 are vacation rentals. The beach is never crowded which makes for a more peaceful beach experience. Also, your vehicles will be located onsite, well off of the street, away from traffic and close to the front door.

You will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Destin's pristine, sugar white shoreline from 2 balconies, the patio and the large deck. This area is a feeding ground for dolphins and guests delight in almost daily sightings of these gentle creatures.

Because of its location on the west end corner of the complex there are more windows for added light and wider ocean views. The home is ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway for couples, and perfect for snowbirds wanting a winter retreat right on the beach.

Ground Floor: The multi-function studio opens directly onto the PRIVATE COVERED PATIO and deck. It serves is a great hangout for the family during the day and as a 4th bedroom at night. This versatile space is very popular with guests and is a big plus for large families. It has a small kitchen, comfortable QUEEN Murphy bed, and bathroom with shower.

The studio is ideal for guests who want to be close to everyone yet have their own ground level quarters without stairs where they can walk right in from their car to their quarters or right out onto the patio and deck and enjoy the beach. Guests upstairs who don't want to disturb guests in the studio can access the beach via a side door and walk around to the deck and beach.

In addition to the one-car GARAGE where you can store luggage, bikes, go carts and golf clubs and beach toys, there are three parking spaces onsite near the front door for your use.

This place is amazing. It was very spacious and accomodating for our family. We enjoyed the deck and grill also, we cooked dinner and sat out on the deck watching the waves and the sunset many of nights. We will definetely go back and stay here again.
