This versatile space is very popular with guests and is a big plus for large families. It has a small kitchen, comfortable QUEEN Murphy bed, and bathroom with shower.

The studio is ideal for guests who want to be close to everyone yet have their own ground level quarters without stairs where they can walk right in from their car to their quarters or right out onto the patio and deck and enjoy the beach. The studio is frequented by elderly guests who are unable to climb stairs yet who want to join their family for a vacation on the beach.

Guests upstairs who don't want to disturb guests in the studio can access the beach via a side door and walk around to the deck and beach.

In addition to the one-car GARAGE where you can store luggage, bikes, go carts and golf clubs and beach toys, there are three parking spaces on-site near the front door for your use.
