Description of the Destin vacation townhouse rental
The townhome has ungone a total renovation and update. It offers a fully furnished kitchen, spacious king bedroom, Cable and WiFi Internet, 2 TV's and DVD players and two private parking spaces right in front of the unit for easy offloading of luggage. There is a grill just a few yards from the front door. A laundry facility is located in the building.
Located at the west end corner of a small single story gated community, the complex is not crowded and free from the many hassles of many beachfront properties.
Couples appreciate the privacy of being in a corner beachfront unit with unobstructed views and no foot traffic passing by.
There is the added security of a gated community.
Guests enjoy the big private deck that no other guests in the complex can access unless you invite them. The only access to the deck is from inside of the condo. There is NOTHING obstructing the view of the Gulf from this unit. Dolphins enjoy frolicking in the Destin area since it is a feeding ground for these gentle and playful creatures which adds to the enjoyment of our guests.
The town home is conveniently located just four blocks from Destin's premier shopping area, restaurants and Destin Commons Mall. Its central location to family attractions makes for convenience and saves time and gas.
Seven golf courses are conveniently located just 5 to 15 minutes away. And the largest designer factory outlet in the USA is located just 10 minutes drive east.
The Destin Harbor hosts the country's largest charter fishing fleet and is only 10 minutes drive west. Plan a fishing trip or enjoy watching the catches of the day from the dock.
For a direct beachfront vacation like it used to be, peaceful and hassle free, you will enjoy your stay in "By the Beautiful Sea" and you will love the private beach!
Pets are not allowed on the Destin beaches nor the beachfront rentals.

It is centrally located just four blocks from the intersection of U.S. Highway 98 and State Road 293 and is easy to find.

Nearby is the Destin Harbor, home to Florida's largest fishing fleet and a host of water sport, boating, and fishing activities. Also close by are:

On Okaloosa Island,is great entertainment for the whole family at The Gulfarium where dolphin and sea lion shows are performed daily. There are exciting exhibits too.
The condo is also close to the popular Village at Baytowne Wharf. Free outdoor concerts are performed there in season.
Everyone will enjoy its harbor, the great restaurants, and the quaint shops.
Destin is home to several champion golf courses too, all of which are no more than 15 minutes drive away.
30 minutes east is the community of Seaside where The Truman Show was filmed. Walk the cobblestone streets and enjoy the architecture of the quaint houses. Shop at the interesting market, browse the art galleries and quaint shops and open air shopping area.
A walk over the dunes offers a stunning east/west panorama of the Emerald Coast's famous beaches for miles each way. It's a great afternoon excursion.

OMG! I loved this placed. LInda you did a wonderful job on decorating. It's so beachy, clean and fresh. The snow white sand is like no other in the world. I love not having to get in elevators and walk up stairs, just park at the front door. The private deck is great to have Corona's or Martinis with Blue Cheese Olives with my best friend who I have been married to for 27 years. Thank you Linda for being so nice. I will always remember that kindness. That's how friendships grow.

I booked this townhouse last minute and Linda was incredible to work with, made sure me and my guest were taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great weekend. Loved the newly renovated condo and more importantly the location. Close to everything and loved the convinence of walking out of townhouse directly onto beach! I will definitely stay here again. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this condo. It was only steps away from the sand and the views were outstanding. The room was excellent and very clean. All dealings with Ms. Cherry was easy and she is very concerned for her visitors comforts and leisure. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking. We will definitely be back many more times. It is centrally located and convenient to all that you would want to do.

We were their with our two daughters for new year, the weather was cold but we did have a great time . When we walk on the sand we felt it was like walking on the snow my girls loved it . Even though, it was cold they played on the sand and they ran in the water... We stayed at Capri #116 it had a wonderfull deck and the view was amazing. At the new year night we did see fire works from our deck it was wonderfull. We will like to come and stay in Capri #116 again. Thanks to Denise & Bob for making our vacation so enjoyable and relaxing!..

Great place on the beach!

This was a perfect choice for us, just a few steps from the beach with great views of the water from the private deck. The condo was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. After walking down the beach and looking at the neighboring properties, we were glad we chose the Capri, as it was the most private and had easiest access to the beach. Would definitely recommend this to couples or families with 1 or 2 children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan on staying here again for our next trip to Destin. Everything was as described. We could not ask for a better value for the view and privacy. We had a wonderful time here. Loved the deck! The view cannot be beat and our two year old quickly learned to stay away from the rail, no problem. We found your place on the internet and could not have been more pleased with your hospitality, the accommodations (including wireless Internet which we used every day), and this part of the beach and the gorgeous view. We saw dolphins on a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed hearing the waves at night, seeing the stars and carrying only towels, toys and keys to the beach. This the second yr we have stayed. I can't say enough good things about it. We love the evenings on the deck and the view of the beach during the day. I don't think you can get any closer to the beach because you are right on it. Most everything you need is close. It's a great place to stay.

We hit the jackpot staying at Capri by the Gulf #116! This unit has a deck that sits DIRECTLY on the beach! If you played baseball and hit a center field flyball it would land in the beautiful emarald waters of the gulf! That's how close you are to the water! Sliding glass doors let the beach into your living/dining area and anyone who sleeps on the sofa can drift off to the sound of the waves crashing onshore. We saw dolphins, sharks, seagulls, pelicans, sand crabs(night), doves, beautiful sunsets and more! Bod and Denise made the "business end" of renting this property simple. They were are know their business and they care about their customers. I only hope this unit is available when I save the money to come to this paradise again! p.s. On The Beach

I am going to review our condo and the service we recieved from Bob on the Beach. The condo was great, right on the beach. Our deck was huge, by far the biggest out of all the condos in the area. We had everything we needed like a home away from home. Flashlights for night, chairs and umbrellas for day. The beach was gorgeous no jellyfish and the location was great. We were in the center of everything, either way we went it led us to a restuarant or an attraction. Oh I have to say the welcome gift basket was so nice and personal, I sure didn't have to bring any extra snacks. Thanks so much Denise and Bob for giving us the relaxing get away we needed. Oh I almost forgot the dolphins every single morning. Who needed a glass bottom boat, we had all the sites right out of our deck. It really was a home away from home, I came back with all my clothes clean (washer/dryer) put them away in ten minutes; now that was a vacation! Thanks again we will be seeing you next year!!!!
