Fun Family townhouse, private pool, steps to fabulous Miramar Beach, sleeps up to 6 and is pet friendly!

You will love this two level townhouse on Snow Drift Road which is located in a small wonderful private gated community, less than 200 yards quick walk to private beach access with no roads to cross! Very safe for familites with young children. 1800 sq ft.

Our family townhouse comfortably sleeps up to six people. Master bedroom features comfortable queen bed,ceiling fan, two closets with private on-suite full bathroom. The second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, large closet, ceiling fan with private on-suite full bathroom. Open area with queen pull out sofa. Pack and play provided for young children so you can travel light, as well as high chair.

The large comfortable living room features a very comfortable sofa, cushy love seat, armchair and entertainment system with TV, DVD and stereo for your viewing and listening pleasure. Cable and wireless internet included.

Our spacious open plan kitchen is fully equipped, well stocked with everything you could need during your stay. This includes range/oven, dishwasher, disposal and side by side refrigerator. Large breakfast bar area, with seating stools for 4.

Large dining table with seating for your family of 6.

Great second floor deck that is a wonderful space to just relax and enjoy the views.

On the lower level you will find a full size washer and dryer, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for you to enjoy your days at the beach!

Outside to the rear is the refreshing new 25' x 13'inground pool, with patio furniture and grill. Pool is semi private, shared with 1 other townhome. Lounge pool side or enjoy a lazy afternoon cookout on your backyard barbeque grill.

Ample parking at the front, two steps from your door, a real short haul for the groceries!

We are happy for you to bring your pet along with a signed pet agreement and fee.

Area Description

Private gated community, less than 200 yerds from the deeded private access fabulous Miramar Beach. Breath taking views, with emerald green seas and crystal white sand! Voted one of the ten best beaches in the USA. A truly sought after location! A wonderful place for watching the waves, pelicans and sunsets!

Conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and 1/4 mile from famous designer Outlet Mall, housing over 100 shops. Grocery stores,drugstores and other numerous superb restaurants are less than 1/4 mile away. Baytowne Wharf, in Sandestin offers entertainment, shopping and a variety of restaurants.

Destin features a wide array of water-oriented activities, including beautiful white-sand beaches, surfing, sailing, parasailing, snorkeling/scuba diving, pontoon boat rentals, windsurfing, kayaking, jet skiing, sight seeing, dinner, dolphin watching cruises, and shelling. You can even swim with the dolphins in the open ocean.

Other activities include hiking/walking (Gulf-front state parks nearby), biking, miniature golf, fitness center/gym, tennis, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, amusement parks, museums, zoo, restaurants, cinemas and scooter & electric vehicle rentals.

This home had all the amenities we wanted and many more. The location was convenient to the beach, shops and main road. It was so much larger than we hoped. Very clean and comfortable. I only wished there were more lounge chairs and an umbrella for the pool deck.
