BUDGET VACATION RENTAL IS A FAMILY ORIENTED AFORDABLE RENTAL

Location: SunChase townhomes on scenic Gulf drive near Destin which is famous for our sugar sand white beaches and emerald green water.
Destin has the largest fishing fleet in the state of Florida, it is known as the luckiest fishing village in the world.
There are numerous golf courses, shopping malls and the largest outlet mall in the country.
We have an abundance of fast food restaurants and many other fine restaurants for your dining pleasure.
This townhome is directly on the beach when you reach the bottom of the stairs walked about 30 yards south and you will have wet feet.
This condo has everything you need for your vacation pleasure including 2 washers and dryers.
The first floor is a studio apt. with full kitchen,queen bed,queen sofa sleeper.

Area Information

The townhome is about 2 miles from SANDESTIN golf course, is about 500 yards from the whales tail where all the young people hang out and play volleyball, lay in the sun and walk the beach.
Just across the street is a Circle K convenience store, next to it you can rent scooters bicycles little cars and motorcycles.

Family Vacation

We have been vacationing in Destin for the past 15 years and always stay at one of the Sunchase Condos. I have spoiled my family by staying on the beach rather than across the street-we love just walking out on the beach from the condo. While planning this years vacation I talked with David Speakes a few times and he set us up in Unit #4 - He was very helpful and the price was in our budget. The condo was as we expected - very clean. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short by 2 days because my husband was called back to work. We had a family group of 7 and everyone loved the stay. Hopefully we can make it back next year for our 16th year. Once again, we totally enjoyed our stay at Sunchase and the beach...and look forward to next year. Kathy Schnur St. Louid, Mo
