Description of the Destin vacation townhouse rental

Newly opened townhome at the beach, in a private and intimate row of 20 townhomes called Miramar Beach Villas. These townhomes are just a few steps to the pool, and a few more steps to the white beaches that Destin is famous for.

Walk along the beach or along the walking path to local restaurants. This is a family friendly home community and area. A shopper's mecca, with Silversands Outlet Mall and Sandestin Baytowne Wharf approximately one mile away. Destin Commons, an upscale outdoor shopping venue, is approximately five miles away. If golf is your game, there are numerous top rated courses minutes away.

Our gated home delights with a spacious, airy and open feeling, modern decor, with lots of windows and light and 10 feet ceilings. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, bunk area (with built-in lighting), 3 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Convenient parking right outside your front door. No elevators, parking garages, or long walks to get home.

Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald Green waters are unmatched. Shop in an outlet mall, an upscale outdoor mall, or one of many boutique stores. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses.

Awesome vacation!!!

We had the best vacation with the family. The miramar rental was amazing. Better than expected. Harmony rentals was very helpful and nice. Best Accomodations in Destin!!

We have stayed in several different locations in Destin during the past several years. Our stay at Miramar Beach Villas was, by far, our best experience ever. The accomodations were great, the amenities were great, location was exceptional, and we are already planning our stay for next year. This is the first time we have decided that this is the place we want to stay every year. Best vacation we have had in a long time. Took our sons and several friends and all had a great time. We are looking forward to next year.

Loved It!

We arrived 07/04 and check in was really easy. Our cottage was 2 blocks down the street from the check in office. The inside of the unit was superb. Very clean, smelled good, and a great location. The only complaints I can leave are very minor. The TV reception was not the greatest, both TV's were affected. You can hear the people above you pretty easily. Also, Resort Quest gave us a DVD rental pass, and when we went to use it, it said it was expired. No big deal, very minor issues, I would recommend this place to others.

Great Villa, Miramar Beach Villa 101

The only problem was the power went out in the whole area the morning we needed to be checked out by 19:00 AM. This villa is clean and very well equiped. The only cooking item that was missed is a large griddle for cooking pancakes. We had a family of nine wih three couples and three children. The younger children loved the bunk beds with their own tv.

Awesome Vacation

My family and I recently traveled to Destin,FL and this vacation was everything I expected. Due to our hectic work and activities schedules, this year I wanted a very relaxing, yet enjoyable experience and I was very excited from the time I drove onto Aeriel Dunes property. Our Condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly my taste. The views of the Gulf were spectacular and as I said earlier, everything I expected. The service we received from property management was very professional and appreciated. We will be traveling back to Destin in the near future and hope to stay in this same unit. Awesome Vacation.

Staying at Ariel Dunes was one of the most memorable vacations for our family. Not only was the location of the hotel amazing, but the apartment was spectacular. The hospitality of the hotel was excellent, and all of our needs were taken care of.

We usually go to St. Pete or Siesta Key area, so we really wanted to try some place new. We had never been to Destin and took a chance. NO REGRETS. The condo was beautiful along with the views. We love the Siesta sand and Destin's was a perfect match. We already have recommended it to many people.

The pictures do not give the condo any justice. The location is right at the beach. You had no problem getting an elevator. Although it was spring break you did not have noise or wild parties going on. It is idea for the older crowd and families.
