Big Family Feast? This is the perfect place for you!!Captiva 33 with 2700 sq ft of living area. Our 2 Story Villa with Loft sleeps 12 people and has a 2 car garage. Wonderful environment for celebrating famiy and friends. Warm and inviting natural colors and earthen materials .

Large Kitchen with Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, under cabinet lighting, beautiful Cabinetry to pamper your senses with a delightful tuscan inspired meal. There is a small patio accessible from the Kitchen which had a small patio table, seats 4, and large BBQ gas grill.

Living Area has cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, 40" Flat Screen TV w DVD Player, sleeper sofa which sleeps 2. From the Living Area, you can access the screened in Lanai, has small table which seats 4.

Master Suite is located on the First Floor, King Size Bed, 40" Flat Screen TV w/DVD Player, large walk in closet, bathroom with Jetted Tub and separate walk-in shower. Laundry room and Half Bath are also located on the First Floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Loft sleeps 2 in sleeper sofa and has a wall mounted 32" Flat Screen TV w/built in DVD player. Loft shares Bathroom with Guest Suite #2 which has 2 Twin Beds and 26" Flat Screen TV w/DVD player.

Guest Suite #1 has a Queen Size Bed and 2 Twin Beds, 26" Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Closet.

Captiva is centrally located within TOPS'L ... steps away from the Club and just a short walk to the beach, Blue Dunes Grille and Tiki Hut. Come enjoy luxurious living at Captiva!
